As google will not allow me to upload screenshots of the ridiculous conversation about our appointment that tech/son did not come to.. I will say the following.
1. Scheduled for yesterday @2pm
2. Dont care that the son/tech only got 1hr and 20 mins of sleep
3. Pushed blame on another tech stated he was worthless
4. Gave every reason from lack of sleep, running behind from another job, had to go get equipment/supplies at home to traffic..

Bottom line our appointment was set for 2pm... at 545pm I receive a picture of stopped traffic and basically was told by the tech ......

Hey this traffic is dead stopped. And after sitting it as long as I have, is feeling a bit repetitive. Actually this is the worst I've ever seen it. It still says almost 1 hour to get to you. Would you mind if we went ahead and had me come out tomorrow night instead around 5:30? Also a r e water pump for the house has quit. And it would be nice to get back over there and fix that.I know it's a bit much for me to ask. But this is getting monotonously late right now. I really am used to working late quite often. But not with just 1 hour and 20 minutes of sleep .....so much more
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EVER! WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONPANY TO ANYONE IN FACT STAY AWAY IF YOU ARENT IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA!!!!!!

Our home warranty company sent us to them at the beginning of this month and they have given every excuse in the book from lack of sleep to traffic on why they couldnt make it to our home to do a service on our home.

Have used them off and on over the past several years for different units. They have always been professional and friendly. Their prices have always been reasonable and they have a wide array of knowledge for almost anything that uses electricity.

Very Knowlegible Crew. They are knowledgeable in diagnosing and repairing appliances and AC. Also very reasonable in complete units installations.
