They installed our AC and came to do maintenance. The two men, Tyler and Luke, they sent over were extremely professional and polite. They were able to explain to us what they were doing the entire time as well as going above and beyond the required services. Tyler from AirTherm did a great job determining the issues with our A/C system and giving the information to make a good decision on repairs. He also evaluated the ductwork in our crawl space and determined that minimal repairs could fix some airflow issues. I appreciate the time and effort that he put into this work.

An AirTherm technician visited my home to provide me with an estimate for replacing my condenser. I was pleased that the representative was wearing a mask and greeted me elbow to elbow. I really
appreciated that the technician was on time, as I am extremely time conscious. I found him to be very professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, good listener, and respectful. Not only was I provided with a fair estimate to replace both the condenser and the compressor, he took the time explain every line item and how the warranty applied to each line item. He explained the steps to protect flooring before the job began. A+ for the technician.

As a new resident of Savannah, I didn't know who to call to get the HVAC checked due to a huge winter increase in the electric power bill. Air Therm called quickly and sent a very responsive tech agent out this morning. Since my unit is ancient, they recommended a replacement but meanwhile fixed an air leak and jazzed it up to likely reduce the bill at least for this month. They offered me a deal that's too good to pass up on a new system. Great guys and very professional responses.

Everyone I've dealt with at Air Therm is courteous, friendly and professional. I had them replace my inside and outside heat pump units and they did a great job. System is so much better than the previous one. Glad to do business with them.

They had someone out here first thing in the morning and Tyler spent the entire morning into the afternoon taking care of the issue and made sure he did not leave until everything was completed and we were satisfied.
