Technician highly knowledgeable. Called Air Therm with the issue, and they were very prompt with getting things handled with my Heating and Air unit. Me and my family very much appreciate the prompt service. Thanks Robert and Colby great job.

Tech was on time, knowledgeable, communicated discrepancies and pricing very quickly, conducted himself very professionally, and was overall pleasant to interact with. Pricing is out of his control, but he did everything he could to get us the best discount and educate us on how to help our system run at peak efficiency to help save money. We have had no hesitation in calling this company with any HVAC needs.

A delayed review from December. Had the pleasure working with Wyatt Grant & Zac. They did an amazing job on my air conditioner. They diagnosed and fixed the problem of why it wasn't heating. Also saved me a couple of bucks by getting me on their maintenance plan. Overall they were on time, communicated well, and fix the problem before the Christmas break. Great job and would highly recommend Air Therm because of them.

Air Therm replaced both my upstairs and downstairs units a few years ago. I have been using them ever since. They always provide prompt service and their technicians are wonderful. Zac, the technician who came my house this week, went above and beyond to help me. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything and took the time to answer all of my questions. Tyler was fantastic. I had an issue with my A/C not blowing cold air, and Tyler showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got it fixed same day. I've used this company for years now and have always been happy.

With both responding in a timely manner and resolving the issue, AirTherm shows outstanding service. Tyler first responded on a Saturday night, and immediately drove out to identify the issue after-hours and offer a temporary solution, while Jerry showed up to a later appointment to resolve the issue in a timely and professional manner, although we had to reschedule due to conflicts on my end. Zac was the technician who followed up with the new appointment and was able to resolve the micro-leak in my AC in no time. AirTherm shows some of the most professional mannerisms and technical skill that I've had the pleasure of witnessing. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area with AC needs.

Woody was very friendly, courteous and Knowledgeable. He found the problem with my unit within 10 minutes upon his arrival.
