As a new resident of Savannah, I was anxious about finding the right company to keep our HVAC system in great shape. I called Air Therm and it was easy. Got an appointment when I wanted. Craig and Zak were on time, friendly and efficient. They even gave me filter suggestions and maintenance tips. Air Therm is my choice for HVAC maintenance.

I have used this company since 2016. They maintained the system that I had until the one that I had was shot! They replaced my old system at a great price and very quickly! I recommend them to everyone that asks!!!

Creg and Zac came by and serviced our two-zone A/C system this morning. A problem had developed with our heat strips failing to cut out automatically. They traced the problem to the 'zone board' on the unit in the attic. They ordered a replacement component and will install it when it comes in. Plus they did all the servicing called for in our service agreement. We are very pleased with their thoroughness and professionalism.

Doug did a great job addressing an error message on our thermostat following a power surge, and he serviced our HVAC unit. Kirsten made sure we got support when we needed it. Thanks!
