We hired Air Control Heating and Air to diagnose our old system. Their technician was thorough and explained the problem as well as the options. We chose to replace the AC system. The installation of the new system went so smoothly. The technicians were professional, efficient and on time! We would definitely recommend Air Control to family & friends.

Eric called roughly 30 minutes prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way. Once there, he quickly diagnosed the issue (Failed contactor) and had the correct replacement part with him. All told, it was less than an hour out of my day, and my A/C is as strong as ever!

Bought a complete a/c system from air control and every summer and through out the year the a/c goes off. I have repeatedly had the run around with this company. Waiting in the heat to have a technician come out for repair for a new system. Management is awful and will not honor warranty just repair repair that I pay for continually. This company will nickel and dime you to no end. Be careful I would hate any consumer to be treated as I have over and over again. Run away!

Our neighborhood facebook group strongly recommended Air Control Heating and Air when we needed a new AC system.

I had 3 other quotes. Air Control was the fairest and the most professional. They wrote up an actual quote and delivered it to me. The others from both big and small companies kept walking away calling a manager and coming back with random numbers. Was also hard to communicate with some of them as they didn't speak english so it was hard to tell what i was going to get. No talk about the brand name of the system etc.

A year after the installation the new system was shutting off. Air Control came out and found out it was a plugged drain and fixed it. The service people are polite, speak english and are professional.

My only minor complaint is that an answering service takes their calls so you cant talk to anyone with actual knowledge on heating/cooling equipment. Although who knows, maybe they use it as an overflow for calls they can't get to in time.

But... 5 star rating all the way.

Newer customer in the past year, and we’ve been very happy with Air Control. Front office is great as are technicians (Antonio!). Glad to have found them and will start referring them to my real estate clients.

Everyone at Air Control is professional and knowledgeable. They listen to your issue or need and work to solve your HVAC problem with quality and budget in mind. They stand behind their work and don't leave a mess when they are done. Best of all they give you options to suit your needs not what is best for them. I recently had a failure of a 26 year old system. Dennis and the team gave me several options to replace the system and improve our comfort. The system they installed keeps our humidity in check in the summer without having to lower the thermostat. I was skeptical at first when I saw the set temperature on the thermostat. I waited a day or two before I programmed the new thermostat that came with or dual fuel system. With the temperature set at 75 degrees the house was more comfortable than the old system was at 71 degrees. The system runs less and keeps us more comfortable which will save us money!! We have used Air Control of Atlanta many times and recommended them to our friends and family. Everyone we have recommended them to has been happy with their service too.
It's hard to find honest, hard working companies that put your needs first.
They have done this every time we have needed them without fail.

Service was great, however the technician dropped a flashlight that nicked our newly painted walls. We understand accidents happen, however, we would like to get reimbursed for the repair work needed.

My thermostat decided to quit just as company arrived. Same day prompt and professional service as always. The tech was great! I am a service contract customer which no doubt helped, but AirControl has always done right by us.

They answered my call the first time and had someone out to examine the issue with my AC within a couple of hours. Eric was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained all of the different options for me based on the issues he found. The next morning, Ken and Eric installed a new system as smoothly as possible. Both were enjoyable to be around and I highly recommend

Great service and group of people. Ken, Antonio, Zach and Dennis are top notch! I have been using Air Control for some time and they recently replaced my HVAC. The price is always fair and the service is excellent. I highly recommend and will continue to use them in the future!
