We have used Air Control for over 13 years and they consistently provide fast, reliable service! Today, our furnace stopped working - on the coldest day of this winter! Air Control came out within hours and got things working again!

After going 2 weeks without AC in the middle of July due to hassles with our home warranty company and their “contractors,” we decided to go ahead and pay out of pocket for a new unit on our own. I am glad we went with Air Control Heating and Air. They were able to come out quickly to get our AC working before my son’s birthday party. Dennis, the owner, was very knowledgeable - he got us a good deal on a unit and never tried to upsell us. Zack, who I talked to over the phone, was very communicative and friendly through the whole process. The technicians who came out to do the install were quick, polite, and discreet, as I was busy preparing for the birthday party. I would highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future.

We have maintenance contract with Air Control. They have always done an excellent job. We have been going back and forth with heat/air... then suddenly it died. I called this morning, they set up something for today. Antonio came out 2 hours early and had the problem fixed in a short time. Always dependable.

Tried some of the other larger HVAC repair companies in N. Fulton and each time was told to wait 48 hours.....Air Control responded each time in 3 hours.... :)

They proactively contact us in Spring & Fall to schedule a complete maintenance of the system and to identify any possible future problems. On the few occasions we have needed to request service at other times, they are very prompt to come.
