My family has used Tapp since moving into our current house. David Tapp has always been professional, easy to speak to, and relatively quick to answer the service call. He gets the job done. It was easy to make an appointment through Jan Tapp. She gave me pointers to help keep the house comfortable until the service call. The day after I made the appointment, Jan had even checked on my household to see if things are okay, and also called to tell me she was sorry David couldn't make it but she wanted to check my availability the next day. It's a small business and the South is having record high temps so I didn't expect a same day service.

Five stars is not enough! Great people! I have used this company for almost a decade on my properties. They are the kindest, most professional and honest people in this industry! I have managed and owned over 4000 units in the southeast including apartments and hotel, these people are absolutely THE BEST!!!!!!! As long as they are in business, I will never use anyone else. In these times, it is merely impossible to find decent and reliable contractors that know what they are doing and this company has never failed us.

I'm not sure jan even had time to listen to my full voicemail before she called me back and my system was repaired SAME DAY. Will forever recommend Tapp for all HVAC service.
