This company is fantastic! This is evident from meeting with the owner (Clay) and from the first call. Clay demonstrated professionalism at our first contact, he treated me with great dignity, provided an education on my HVAC and the overall process. Arctic Blast prices were better than near all its competitors. Arctic Blast is a great choice!!

Clay from Arctic Blast is the best. He is very quick to return a call - anytime. Even on the weekends. He aims to please. Whenever we need him - he comes to solve problems with our Heating and Air Conditioning. He's honest and his expertise is invaluable. We've been using his services for years now. Clay and Bryan are my heroes! They came to my house and were up in my attic while the outside temperature had crested 92. They got my older system up and running at a reasonable price AND with a great attitude. They didn't mind explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done nor dis they mind showing me. They didn't try to rip me off and were genuinely nice. Such a wonderful change of pace to find a company that is professional friendly and true to their word. Outstanding!!!!

Okay, I get to admit that I am fortunate enough to have a neighbor who's known Clay for aeons. After using a larger company to take care of my system for more than a decade, and their tech gave me a clean bill of health, I had a warranty tech (the thermostat board crashed) tell me I needed to replace the whole system. THAT led to my asking my neighbor for Clay's #. He sent one of his techs over FAST to do yet another check of the whole system (two stage heat pump/gas backup).
Their take: It's just fine. YES, it's got 13 years (6 years on the compressor), but Clay and his tech noted it's got plenty of life in it AND THEY'LL TELL ME WHEN IT'S TIME TO REPLACE RATHER THAN REPAIR.
I believe them for two reasons. One of course is they're close friends with my neighbor, but LOOK AT ALL THEIR OTHER RATINGS!!!.
Clay knows one way to do business and that's to be up front and honest. I was SO disheartened to find the big company I had worked with for so long - who had bought the small company I just loved - had "turned." While I don't do HVAC, I am by trade an auto mechanic, and the tricks in that trade are just the same as in HVAC. It's just so easy to take advantage of people. I never did, never will; Clay never has, never will. You want somebody who knows his business and will be honest: Call Clay.

Richard and Brian were tremendous technicians!!! They both were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, informative and efficient in the performance of the job!! JUST 2 GREAT GUYS AS WELL!!!!! As a homeowner who has owned multiple homes, I never had such a great experience with any HVAC Company....MY WIFE WAS THRILLED AT MODEST PRICE AS WELL!!!

Clay installed a new system upstairs and we are very happy with his work and price, He is so responsive and knowledgeable. Our downstairs unit installed by a different company a few years ago and we were very unhappy about their work. Clay pointed out the mistakes that the other company made and told us how he would do things differently.

Clay and his crew did a great job the other day installing a new AC unit! Their prices were way lower than the competition for an even higher quality unit than I was getting quotes for! The installation was a seamless process too! I highly recommend ABH&AC!

We have had constant issues with our older HVAC system and could never seem to get an accurate diagnosis. Thankfully, we found Arctic Blast and Clay came out to explain everything that was wrong. Clay also showed us how much it would end up costing over time, especially with the current issues. We replaced the 20 year old HVAC system and it made a world of difference. What a great company to deal with, last month (Sept 2020) I called Clay when my HVAC system was giving me a big problem, and to add to the problem temperatures were averaging in the 90 degree daily. My system was over 20 years old and using older R22 freon! He was able to come out and give an assessment within 2 days. I knew that my system was at the of it’s days because it was producing very little air. To my surprise I was quoted (2.5 ton AC, furnace and coil) a very reasonable price and installation date. Within days a profession team came out and installed complete HVAC system. Both Air and Heat is working great. Highly Recommend Artic Air.
