Arctic Blast Heating & Air Conditioning

I called this company to do AC tuneup service for my Johns Creek house earlier May 2019, and the service was performed very smoothly with 3 units of coolant added in one unit. On the Friday before Memorial Day, one unit stopped working and Arctic Blast technician came to repair on Saturday Morning. After hours of troubleshooting under the hot sun, they figured out it is the compressor oil jammed up. They fixed it and did not charged me a penny. This is a great company! It is not big, but technicians are very knowledgeable and they have a great passion to help you. Definitely I recommend Arctic Blast for you.

I called Arctic Blast at 6AM, Clay texted me back at approximately 6:30 to say, he would be by between 10AM and 11AM. 10AM Clay texted me to say, he was on the way. Clay diagnosed my AC unit, installed a new capacitor and I was good to go. The price was definitely right, couldn't be happier, a Five Star Job for sure. Definitely recommend Arctic Blast services.

Arctic Blast H & AC is my 3rd HVAC company I’ve used in the past 6 years and I’ll be sticking with them from here on out. I’ve used them for routine HVAC maintenance and minor repair for 2 years. Appointments are easy to make and the owner of the company, Clay, was very responsive to me as a customer. I did have an issue with my most recent HVAC maintenance service, and I called the owner, Clay, who swiftly handled it above and beyond what was needed to satisfy me as a customer. That is what prompted me to post a review.

Also, I appreciate it when I’m told that my somewhat older system has several more years to go before I need to consider replacement. Ethical businesses are a great find!

I bought my home in November 2018 and wanted the heating and air system checked. Arctic Blast came (at the exact time of appointment window) out and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and did not try to sell me anything. In fact, the technician gave me some advice on simple repairs that I could do so as to not pay him $100 to do it! He noted some things that I should be concerned with in the fall when it is time to service the furnace but again, did not try to sell me on it today.

We were in the market for a new HVAC System, so we called around and had Arctic Blast come out for an estimate. Clay the owner himself arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He answered any questions we had, gave lots of suggestions for what would be the best system for our home and needs. In the end we ending up choosing Arctic Blast because they were the best price and we knew it would be done right. With this being an older home we knew the installation would be a lot of work removing the old system and putting in the new one. The guys did a fantastic job and finished all in one day! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arctic Blast to anyone needing any HVAC service done. Great annual maintenance plans too!

The owner, Clay, is pretty awesome with customer service. He answers his phone 24/7, and is always ready to help. We hired Arctic for a safety inspection for a 23-year-old HVAC unit for a house under contract. We wanted it checked for cracks. When we had more questions after the initial inspection, Clay himself cleared his schedule to come out there personally the next day, free of charge. Not only did Clay send me a detailed follow-up with pictures and a written explanation, he also patiently answered my questions, going through all the options. He didn't pressure me into anything. Really nice guy. You won't find a better HVAC place for customer service!

I've been using this company for my heating/air maintenance needs for a few years now . . . they are always prompt and efficient. This weekend, my A/C went out (or so I thought), so I called this morning (a Monday) for service. Clay was at my home before 10:00am and quickly ruled out everything else to pinpoint my thermostat as the issue. I opted to replace it myself (thankfully, I had a 'spare' on hand that I had bought awhile back and never installed), and my home was cooling down in no time. A less reputable, less honest outfit could have EASILY taken advantage of the situation and recommended parts/service/labor I didn't actually need. They are always my first call for heating/air needs.
