Call on a Saturday afternoon to get a quote on a new HVAC system. Sunday morning Clay showed up promptly and was a pleasure. He genuinely cared about provided quotes for systems that matched our needs. Additionally, hats off to the install team led by Richard that managed to get the furnace into our tiny attic space. This is a professional company that cares about their clients and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

They left me in 100•heat in the midst of radiation with a machine they had installed but that did not work. Said they'd done all they could. Winter...no heat. Reason...they hadn't put in a heating unit. 3 years later I'm looking for someone now to repair their damage.

Both HVAC units at my house were replaced recently with brand new 2 ton 16 SEER Rheem models by Arctic Blast Heating & Air Conditioning. Clay and Rick did a great job. They were on-time, explained everything well, no issues with installation and reasonable price. I love the new wireless thermostat. Would recommend them to anyone.

Arctic Blast HVAC - ROCKS! Clay, the owner, came out to my house as promised and on time! A rarity for contractors in ATL these days. Clay, was very courteous, professional, and knows his stuff. He was the first and only of several HVAC contractors to actually tell me that my return vents on my main floor were not adequate enough to up-size my system to a new 4 ton unit. So honesty over a large sale is at his core. His team installed not one but 2 new Lennox SC18XC1 Air Conditioners and 2 new SL280 Furnaces. The work was performed with precision and Clay and his team did an overall great job. I would highly recommend Clay and Arctic Blast HVAC for installation, service and repairs! I will most certainly be calling them back when my 3rd - 18 year old system (pictured) fails!!

Once we agreed on the term, we scheduled another appointment for the installation. Again, the job was completed on time as expected. A week ago our unit went out so we made calls to about 4 companies and they all came out and left 4 -5 quotes on different units. Not knowing which direction to go I have a client who's a good friend of mine and told him my unit is a 3 ton 9 seer I think so any unit would be a upgrade he recommended 3 ton 16 seer so I looked over all the quotes and brands reported back to my wife and told her since I'm on bed rest which company seem to care the most she said the last guy Clay and Richard then I said brand don't matter call them and let's go. They were so quiet with the install I slept through the entire process all I know is it felt COLD AIR!!! now they have a customer for life. Thank you Artic Air!!

Contacted Clay (the owner), advised him of the issue and he was able to stop by en route to another job within an hour and fixed the problem. Looking forward to coming home to a nicely cooled house on this hot July day. I’ve used this company several times and have always had a great experience with no issues to note.
