Eddie was fast, friendly, professional, and honest. We called him for service because the outside unit motor was not working properly. He serviced the unit and explained that the motor was bad. He had it repaired the next day.

Zero complaints! My AC was leaking so I first called a larger company who couldn’t give me even a ballpark idea of how much it may or may not cost plus the receptionist who took my call was kind of snippy. KCS was my second call. He came the same day and ended up charging me less than what was quoted over the phone. He even told me my system is only five years old or newer so I won’t need a new one for a while. He recommended cleaning the coils sometime before next summer to avoid any problems and recharged the freon. Total cost was under $150.

Absolutely amazing company. I purchased our HVAC unit and installation from them and 4 years ago. Recently my dog tore up the duct work outside and I called early on a Saturday morning and they fixed it asap at an unbelievable price. Hands down the only heating/air company I will use.

97 degrees and no air...called KCS and Eddie was out within 2 hours. He got us back in the cool in no time great company to do business with.
