Superior Air Management

Jorge came to my home this morning and it was his first work order at my home. He was very personable and told me everything he checked, fixed and called my attention to the age of my units. I was already aware per a letter from SAM how outdated my system is and how hard it is if even possible to find parts. I think he did a great job! Thanks Jorge and SAM!

Josh N. recently completed a home HVAC system inspection for a home we are under contract to buy. We worried we may have to replace the system, but he confirmed it was actually in good working order and didn't push any upsells on us. He was helpful in explaining the type of units and system we will have and advising on future maintenance that may be needed. I've known the SAM team as a client for some time now and will continue to use them as a customer confidently too!

Before S.A.M. my HVAC system could only cool to 78 and my bill skyrocketed. They did a diagnostic and unfortunately my old one couldn't be saved. But they were able to install a new one within days.The two technicians that installed it were very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable. They changed their shoe covers every time they came in from outside. And they completely cleaned up after themselves as well. I fully recommend this company. They did an amazing job!!! Thank you guys so much :)

Superior deserves their name. We have used several HVAC companies for installation and maintenance. They were all good — we had no complaints. Superior came into our lives in conjunction with a major home remodel. They truly stand out, so we will be their customers from hereon.

I’ve used Superior Air Management since I moved back to Athens area 15 years ago. They’re still as awesome as they were back in 2007! Nat and his team installed a new AC unit for us a couple years ago, and I can see why they came highly recommended. They were courteous, prompt, professional, and their services were priced fairly. So why am I writing this review a couple years later? Because I have recently gotten to know the company's owner, Nat Belger, through a local community group and have been further impressed by Nat's commitment to the Athens community, including his support of local charitable causes.

3tree Realty loves working with Superior Air. They are professional, knowledgeable, fair and on time. We manage about 75 rental properties so having a team that we can trust is imperative. If a request for maintenance comes in, I can easily forward that email to Superior who will contact the tenant and set up service. If it's a minor issue, they will just fix it onsite. If it is more major and requires approval, they will call me immediately to get that approved. Their attentiveness makes us look good and helps us maintain our properties in good condition. That's a WIN-WIN in my book. Thanks Superior.
