Brad Webb was a very profession technician who came to our home today to resolve a new system problem. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the system. He is resolving the problems we have. He took his time checking and answering all our questions. I would refer Brad as a highly qualified tech to friends and family.
Horrible! Got a property 2 years ago - 2015. The evap coil is already busted conveniently 2 months after the 2-10 warranty! Cost to repair it is same as getting a new one installed. 2 years life of an HVAC system??? Really?
Horrible! Installed A.C. when home was built by Almont. Started having major issues when home was less than a year old (August 2015) and still having issues to this day (June 2015). Obviously we got a complete Lennox lemon; however, they just want to make temporary (as in fixed that last less than an hour) and run away. Never use them! Majorly incompetent scam artists! Would rate zero stars.
Brand new house. Realized heat was not working on Monday (when it got cold). Said they’d come out first thing the next morning. No one showed up. We called and they said they never meant tomorrow morning, but afternoon. We were not home in the afternoon so we rescheduled for Thursday afternoon. No show again. Does not answer calls. No heat in a brand new house. Horrible customer service.
Nick Martin came out and appeared to be under to influence of drugs or alcohol and started using profanity at me. He was extremely rude and did not fix the issues that we needed to be fixed. Very disgusted with this company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY STEER CLEAR!!!!!!!
Called for a warranty claim in which they installed the HVAC unit and they claimed they were too busy to even come out to fix their own work! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Horrible company! I’ve been waiting on a parts to be installed since May 31, it’s now July 18. Every time I’m scheduled for an install i get a call from them saying its gonna be 2 to 3 hours after the scheduled time of a open window from 12:00 to 6:00pm.
