D&L replaced two HVAC units for us on very short notice. Tara Webb, who handles the incoming calls, was most courteous and efficient in accepting my calls, responding to my questions putting me in touch with Brad Webb, the service rep. Brad me on time at our home the next day to inspect and evaluate our existing systems, and after several hours, provided me with his recommendations, complete with cost estimates. Based on estimates from several other companies, D&L's estimates were very competitive, and therefore I agreed on the spot to have the work done by D&L. Brad also provided a date certain when the work would be done and completed. Importantly, and unfortunately unlike other HVAC contractors which which we have dealt with over the years, D&L completed the work when promised and at the estimated cost. Brad and his team of installers were careful not to damage or soil our rugs and walls when removing the old equipment and installing the new equipment. Moreover, Brad undertook a number of other tasks and repairs which he determined should be completed with respect to our ducts and several other HVAC systems which were not being replaced. The units D&L installed are working perfectly.

Accordingly, I give D&L, Tara and Brad my highest recommendation of 5 stars.

I installed my system through kevin chenoweth. I complained of low air circulation after new installation causing high 82 inside the house during daytime. Service tech visited and finds surprisingly normal as 82F temp inside.

After 1.5 years, i still balancing the same, fitting an extra portable air conditioner...this company is not professional, asking them to do work will cause damage to you....

I remember kevin claiming 60000 units installed till date....hw i see complaints everywhere....not worth it....👎

this is so poor service ... the brand new heater is not heating at all D&L intelligent engineers still claiming nothing wrong ..... if i were the Governor, I will ban them from driving in the roads ....

The hvac stopped working, During regular maintenance, we discovered drain blockage and upon investigation, we noticed control wire pulled through drain causing a submerged design. This is not usual as they drilled a hole in the pipe at a level lower, causing 100% assured dripping. Every year i am discovering bad workmanship. I will never allow this company ever enter my home again. If you use this company, you will regret for years.

WARNING * DO NOT USE * We didn't choose D&L. They were the hired contractors from our builder - Archway Custom Homes. Had it been our choice, we would have done our due diligence prior to. We were provided (2) Lennox systems. To date, the units have broken down 4 times in different occasions. D&L techs failed to properly diagnose and resolve our issue and we are still in fact waiting. How does a compressor go bad on a year and half old unit and the other unit is now headed in the same direction? In the past, we never had any such issue with 10 year old units let alone brand new Lennox systems. We've had to contact the builder to see if we can get this matter escalated. As of now, both units are inoperable and our family is having to deal with unbearable Georgia heat 24/7 (with 3 young children you can imagine). Save yourself time and money... find a reliable/reputable HVAC company that cares.

I wanted the 2 units in my new home (installed during construction by D&L) to have all the bells and whistles. So today Brad and Ken came out to make these upgrades. Brad installed Electronic Air Filters and UV Light Systems, while Ken, with the help of Raymond, installed whole house humidifiers. The installation went very smoothly and all was done in a very professional way. I now have HVAC Systems that should give me trouble-free clean and healthy air for years to come. If any problems arise, I know D&L will be there to resolve them.

Awesome service from start to finish. Very professional! Had new system installed and the whole crew was so we'll mannered and efficient. They cleaned up behind themselves every step of the way. These idiots installed the AC system in my whole house, brand new. They have come out to my house multiple times to service said AC unit. So when I call TO PAY THEM TO COME LOOK my house, keep in mind, GIVE THEM MONEY, I am told " we are not taking or servicing new customers." When I tried to explain to them that they have been out before to look at my house, they didn't seem to care. I guess they would rather get paid to warranty the crappy AC units they install instead of taking money from people willing to PAY them to come look at stuff.

Will not bother calling them again.

Terrible quality of work. Like other reviews, I'm in a new home, unit is 2 years old and breaks. Cause: freon leak due to poor welds on a coupling. Yeah it happens. Called D&L and they said out of warranty, they don't service out of warranty jobs and call someone else. Why do builders keep using these people?

I see other poor reviews left for this company; however this was not our experience at all. The tech was prompt (called me 15 min out) to our scheduled appt, was professional and found a leak that 2 other companies missed. In fact one company stated we needed a brand new compressor replaced! .. I would highly recommend and will use them again for our future HVAC needs.

Poor experience! When they were contracted to the builder last year they were quick to respond. Now a year later and having an under performing HVAC system, they don't respond at all. So I went in the attic to find 2 torn 10" duct lines with "bandaids" all over it but leaking severely! After I pulled it apart, installed a connector splice collar and taped it up properly, my system went from a 6 degree temperature difference from the livingroom to the master to an even or 1 degree difference. The problem was in the duct work they threw together and we lost air to the master, and again from the master return duct.

I'm not even certified and I figured that out!

In response to your response, I have called on three occassions and no one has called me back. I made contact once and the manager was suppose to call me back because the guy on the phone was unsure if your company installed inline duct booster fans. Never got a call back. I'm not posting this to be nasty, but the truth is, there was no attention to detail, and tears were fixed with band aids instead of using connector collars. It's hard to rate poor workmanship.

It looks like this company has a history of customer conflicts, noticing similar complaints. They quote one but deliver another and will argue for many months on how not to provide one.

The office manager as well as Field Operations both donot know finish line. Even Prepaid maintenance services didnot complete ontime.

On the new installation, Several weeks later i reported that 1 of the rooms get very low air flow and it never gets hot while another room gets way too hot. No response. Very poor professionalism. I will value their skills to filter replacement only and no quality work & importantly they never finish......NO RESPONSE
