Randy Wellborn is very responsive and did a great job repairing my AC and getting it up and running.

We care serviced my unit recently during this summer heat. Mindy was awesome in answering all of my questions and making me feel at ease while dealing with this summer heat! She has great Customer Service!!

I used these guys for a complete system replacement and to evaluate and service a separate existing system. The workers were all respectable guys that knew their jobs and took pride in their work. And the owners are fully involved as well, showed that they live up to their name. I will continue to use these guys and give my recommendation.

Two things of note here:

1. I had some concerns about service at my rental property. When I spoke with the service manager, he said he would speak with his techs and get back with me. Several days later, no response.

2. After having service performed on my property I was asked to pay by phone. I told the tech I didn't have my payment info on me at that moment, and I would call the office the next day to make payment. By 9:30am the next morning I had multiple missed calls, voicemails, and text messages requesting immediate payment (for a service performed only 12 hours prior) and with threats of a small claims suit.

If you value customer service, look elsewhere.

They responded quickly on the weekend before Labor, I had been out of town arriving back on Sunday. House was hot, outside unit was not running, I called 2 hours later house was cooling down. Thanks - We Care!

They were great. Arrived just when they said they would. Worked tirelessly all day to get my unit in. May sure everything was working befor they left. Explained everything to me. Thanks for a great job.

I have to say I was disappointed. William Shi is such a Superhero when it comes to servicing my heating and air conditioning he should be wearing a cape. I always ask for him personally because he is there when he says he will be and only fixes what is broken. Honesty is something that is not found very often in business anymore but with William, I know I am in good hands. I can't recommend him highly enough. Not to mention, what a Stud Muffin :-)

Spoke with Aleah. Got me set up fast for our annual maintenance. Outstanding company with down to earth pricing. Employees are very professional and courteous.
