I was amazed at the professional of this entire team starting with the salesman Will! Ryan ,Sharrod,and Collin did the install today and I must say I’m more than pleased

!They where very professional and prompt ! I will make sure I call them for my other properties in the future because they really embodied their Brand

I've had the amazing crew from We Care out to my house many times over the past couple of years. Whether it was the technicians, or the owners themselves, I experienced the same quality and professionalism. I never received any pressure to just buy a new unit. They explained to me the issues my old unit was having in easy to understand detail. They kept a nearly twenty year old unit alive for an additional three years before it kicked the bucket. When it came time to get a new unit, I was given several different options to choose from. They helped me narrow down the options to ensure I got what I needed at a reasonable price. These guys go the extra mile, and when I have spoken to friends that also utilized their services, they expressed the same level of pleasure. Seeing all they do for the people in our community, We Care Heating and Air is an easy choice.

I know someone who worked here And got sent him to get a Covid test and then they fired him the next day! For no reason at all when there was a tornado warning they yelled and cussed at him for not getting to work on time because of a tornado! And said there was no excuses for him being 10 mins late! And then they worked him 60 to 100 hours a week and did not value him at all! This company does not deserve the stars they get at all! And I hope they get what they deserve!

These guys exhibited exceptional customer service and knowledge with all my a.c. issues. They are very fast responders and very informative, I feel very comfortable with allowing them in my home and trusting them to fix the issue correctly! Definitely have a customer for life , thank you to the crew at We Care!!

Extremely pleased with the quick and detailed service. Jason Robinson was my ac serviceman and he had my unit broke down and the problem pointed out to in 10 to 15 minutes. Explain everything thing to me in great detail. Also pointed out that the coils on my unit needed to be clean and if I want that they can provide me that service to prolong the life of my unit saving me a lot of money in the long run. Thanks Jason you are my A C man for life.

These people are Great! Joshua came out on January 6th To go over the options that I had and the pricing, And the next day they installed it. Will and his guys Got here at the time they said they would and installed it and explain to me everything about it. A couple of days later I had one little problem and they’ve got a repairman named Darius who came out and got it taken care of,If you need a repairman for your AC or heating ask for him. Bottom line if you need Ac or Heating repairs or installation these are the people to call, And sheilaThere receptionist was always just as polite as she could be when she answered the phone.

We Care Heating and Air is wonderful! But Brian, a service technician is my hero! I followed Brian up into the attic (my choice) and slipped off the edge of the plywood flooring and my left leg went through the ceiling of our kitchen pantry. I caught myself on the left beam and was instantly in horrific pain. Brian came to my aid immediately (I weigh 250 pounds) and pulled me out of the dangerous situation and the awkward position I was in. I was in extreme pain. My wife and I could never thank Brian enough for what he did for me. Brian is a very professional and knowledgeable HVAC technician who did a fantastic job servicing our system. We Care Heating and Air is extremely fortunate to have such a great employee as Brian.

This company has a great reputation in Warner Robins and I'm so glad they are putting an office in Macon. Anytime I've had an issue they have been there the same day to take CARE of it. I have been with another company for several years and am so glad I decided to switch to We Care! I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone!

I contracted with We Care about a month ago to replace two full HVAC systems in my home. I wasn’t sure they both needed to be replaced, but the salesman was persuasive, and I was ready to upgrade. A perfect HVAC storm. They worked me into their schedule quite quickly, considering it is their busy season. So off we went.
First a couple of very positive points that I don’t want to get lost in latter sections of this review.
I was assigned two crews, one for each system. They arrived early, and went to work. Over the course of that day I spoke with each man working in my home. Each one of them was polite, respective, personable, and knowledgeable about the work they were engaged in, and they cleaned up throughly when they finished. If I was a contractor that required sending techs into customers homes, I could not imagine better representatives of my company than these four men.
Now the issues. The aforementioned crews worked diligently all day, all night, and well into the next day. In fact they were on sight (my home) for 22 hours straight! While their diligence to the project was impressive, it was also incredibly disruptive. We had work and responsibilities the next day that suffered due to the all-nighter we were forced into. Some warning about the possibility that this might happen would have lessened anger that started to build around 3am.
Some time during this marathon my new best friends found the time to have a little monster truck rally in my yard. I know this because the grass that lived there was replaced with ruts and mud. In fact one of the contestants got so badly stuck in the new mud pit, that was once my yard, a real monster truck was dispatched to pull him out. It was left in an unresolved mess.
Finally, there were several bad scratches left in finished flooring that were never mentioned, and left for me to discover after my overnight guests had departed.
The big question is Would I hire them again? Well, they did come and spend the night, they did scratch my flooring, and they did lay waste to my yard. On the other hand they did do a good job on the installation of the two systems, they called a supervisor out to fully inspect their work at 5am, and the techs that came to my house were pleasant, hard working men that knew their trade well. So yes, I would hire We Care again.
Pay attention here We Care management, the main reason I would rehire you over any of the dozens of HVAC companies that could install a new system, scratch a floor, and destroy a yard, is due to your personnel. Take care of them

We Care was able to come out on a Sunday when my AC suddenly went out. The technician was professional and courteous. He gave me a call before he headed out to my home. I felt that, even though the technician was working on a Sunday in the heat, he really did care that my problem was addressed. This is an honest local company, their processes and people are clear. I can't recommend them more highly.
