We just happily signed a contract for two new air conditioners thanks to Stephen Hogg and his amazing ability to help us through this process! We were so impressed with his knowledge and the We Care company. We are looking forward to having them installed and to the years ahead of having our heating and cooling needs handled by We Care! I have been using We Care Heating & Air for the last two years and they never disappoint. Their extremely knowledgeable service techs come out right away. A few months ago We Care Heating & Air installed my new system and I couldn't be happier - my electric bill is cheaper and my home feels much more comfortable. I would never use another HVAC company again, the guys at We Care are simple the best!

I recently used we care after seeing all the pink trucks. After I called they we very polite and willing to help me from my first point of contact. After they came out they informed me that it would be in my best interest to replace since my unit was 20 years old and leaking r22 . They sent Joshua Ussery out and he and his team were so professional @nd knowledgable. They are the best company I have ever done business with and I would recommend them to anyone with heating or cooling needs. Great job

After 23 yrs. my unit went out. I spent a week doing research to find a company that stood out. First of all, the co. vehicles give customer service a whole new meaning...I was drawn to the color as well as the sentiments behind it. Slate was a top notch salesman. I am one who thrives off being conservative..but after Slate took the time to tell me his life story, never once said I had too many questions and went above and beyond to assure me that the package deal he suggested would be the best investment I decided to get the quality vs. quanity deal. His impeccable mannerisms are the sole reason for my being in agreement. The installment team was hands down the most professional, hard working set of men I have ever encountered. CAM,HORACE,MATT,SHADE,JOSH, and LANDON. CODY,MIKE,TONY were extrodinary service techs. They were so polite and reassured me at every turn that the job would get done no matter the time it took. HORACE went out of his way twice during the pending process to make sure I got the best care. It is very apparent that the co. owners think long and hard to maintain a team who all have the same character traits and professionalism. And I feel as if I met the owners for every employee I encountered spoke very highly about their employers and the job itself. If there were room in my life I would be honored to apply and be gainfully employed by this company..I find myself missing them all. I will most definitely tell all my friends that we care heat and air is a co. That stands behind their word as well as goes above and beyond to make customers feel a part of their family.

Great company! Great customer service! Always willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They installed the systems in my house. Everyone was super professional. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Alexander was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. He explained the problem and was patient with me until I was able to understand it. Great work!

5 STARS ALL THE WAY - We Care Heating and Air is the best‼️ Our tech Blake Watson came out and diagnosed our old heating furnace which was original to the house. Blake is extremely personable, knowledgable, and quite frankly a nice guy. He took the time to explain & show our 1985 furnaces issue. After much consideration, my wife and I decided to upgrade our system - as we plan on selling our home in the spring/summer.

Guess who stopped by to find out how things were going and to see if we had any questions or concerns...Blake! We are so glad we choose to go with this company. Literally everyone 👉I mean everyone👈 at this company makes it their mission is to provide you with the best service possible. 🏆 I can't say enough great things about We Care...you know, for once the name actually fits the company.

I have to give a huge shoutout to our sales rep Slate Simons, great guy and super smart. I thought our old system was heat our house...but Slate was spot on about this new Trane system 👉 hands down AMAZING‼️ What's even better, we can now control our home's temperature directly from our phones. Say what! How cool is that?

Landon Carlson was a breath of fresh air!! He was motivated and energetic when he arrived. He greeted us with care and concern. Landon was very efficient with checking our air unit and locating the problems and issues that lay ahead of us as homeowners. He was very patient. He was concerned for our needs and understanding about the upcoming job to replace our old unit. Every family needing problems solved should have Landon show up at their house to offer assistance and know-how. We appreciate WE CARE and Landon! Thanks for solving our cool air problems.

Very well pleased. Took great care of my mother's home heating system after hours. Jason, the technician, did an outstanding job explaining the issue. Very reasonable pricing.

Darius Brown was just at my home to get things cooled off. Air has been out since Thursday. Of course they’ve been busy working long days and nights but you’d have never know talking with Darius. His attitude was amazing only surpassed by his knowledge of heating and air repairs. It’s always a pleasure when you encounter someone that has a great attitude. It’s was like an old friend dropped by and just happened to fix my air. We Care can consider us a longtime customer largerly due to the service with a smile we received by Darius and by the way it was after midnight when he left and still had calls to make.
