My daughter referred me to Pro Air Tech after having an excellent HVAC installation experience. Trane units have a stellar reputation. One day after the install, there was a significant and noticeable difference in my home’s cooling function. So glad I was proactive about having my HVAC replaced before it failed. I cannot say enough good things about ProAir! Our heat went out during the big freeze in January, we called ProAir at the end of the business day and they couldn’t get the part we needed until the next morning due to everything being closed. As a solution, the owner brought out several space heaters at 10pm at night!!! If that’s not going above and beyond I don’t know what is!
After that we were sold on getting our new unit from ProAir Matt was great! He worked with our budget offered honest suggestions and most importantly he was laid back and not over the top with high pressure sales tactics.
I waited a month to write this because everything seemed too good to be true, but our unit is still working great and we couldn’t be more happy with ProAir! Thanks Guys!!
