They done a good job. Ended up costing a good bit more than quoted but they said because needed more refrigerant.

The technicians came early because of my medical conditions. That was very appreciated. They thoroughly checked out my entire system and allowed me to finance part of the charges. Also, very appreciated. They seemed very professional and willing to work with their client (me).

During this horrible heat wave, my upstairs AC unit went out. I called several companies and the earliest they could come out was next week! So, I made an appointment and prayed we would survive sleeping in the living room!
After a terrible, sleepless, night I called Pro Air Tech. I asked the owner when a tech could come out to my house. He told me someone could come out that afternoon between 1-5. I was surprised! Sure enough,
just after 3:00 my AC was fixed!!
What a wonderful company! When all other companies just put me on their schedule, Trent went above and beyond!

They were on time, communicated great, and most of all, showed up same day and repaired my AC. Timely repair as well. They were only here maybe 30-45 minutes. Great company and I'll use them again if I ever need something.

After getting an estimate of three companies on a Mitsubishi system, only one provided me with an estimate. The other two wanted to sell me a different system besides the one I wanted. Have worked with Pro Air Tech for the last five years. I have use them to install commercial units at office buildings that I own. I have used them to install units at rental homes. And I have used them in my personal home. They are always punctual, straightforward, and give you a fair price for the work that gets done. I highly recommend.
