Jay came to our house, within the hour of making the call, to check on the A/C because it wasn't cooling. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Showed me everything that he found wrong and took care of it, and explained to us exactly what he did and what we needed. Great service as always! Highly recommend them for your A/C maintenance, repairs and anything related!!

I selected one of their routine maintenance packages that involves a biannual check. Making the appointment was a breeze and Jay, one of their technicians, provided the outstanding service. He was very professional and thorough. He did an interior and exterior check of the systems and explained himself as he was doing the job. He fixed a duct that was kinked, causing a disproportionate temperature change in one of the bedrooms after I mentioned not knowing much about the causation. Before leaving he gave me documentation explaining everything that was done and asked if I had any questions. I was very pleased with the extensive knowledge and experience of the technician.

Chris was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. He explained the issue with my air conditioning unit in a way that made me feel comfortable. The problem was resolved in a very short time. I'll definitely use this company again and recommend it to anyone. Thank you Chris1

Called for the ac unit being out, came out on less than a hour, fixed the ac and explained in detail what the problem is, went above and beyond to correct it. Cleaned up the water spill that was not his fault. Customer service A+++++. Fast, professional, efficient service.

I usually don't give out ratings like this but I have to give credit where credit is due. My AC wasn't working because I had replaced it with the Nest thermostat and when I went to put the original one back on the AC would not turn on. So the next morning I called the number on the unit and left a message for them to call me back and they did within 5 mins and within 15 mins someone was out to help and he told me what was wrong fixed it and only charged me the trip fee. Not sure what his name was but he was so professional and nice. I complimented him on his accent. It was cool. So over all this was a great experience and it's not hot in my house anymore. Thank goodness. Job well done Bill's! Very Happy!!

Chris was absolutely great. Came to the house and diagnosed the issue within minutes. He had the replacement part on hand, replaced it, and had my home cool again in no time. Chris definitely knows his job, and he was able to communicate what needed to be done in a way I could understand. Bill needs to promote that guy!!!

Overall, I had a good experience with this company. The process of scheduling a consult was quick and easy. My technician was highly knowledgable, extremely professional, and had outstanding customer service. He explained everything in laymen terms during the consult, which was very impactful and one of the biggest determining factors in deciding to replace my unit.

They were very reactive every step of the way. The individuals that came out respected my property during the job. Every worker I interacted with was friendly and courteous. It was refreshing to be updated and informed throughout the job. Upon completion, the working area was left in pristine condition!

Great professional business. Had a heating problem. Called and they had Chris (Tech) come out within an hour. Chris was prompt, professional, and took the time to explain the problem. He also took the time to give advice on how to prevent the issue from repeating. The issue was taking care of that same day.
