We had them come out and give a quote for a new system. They were very knowledgeable.

Had the new system installed today. Chris and Journey came out. They had all new lines, drains and the system in, in about 2 hours.
We had a system replaced under warranty about 7 years ago. These guys went above and beyond just replacing the units. I am very impressed with the service. Everything looks well put together and professional. Thank you very much

I had an issue with my air conditioning unit in the house I had just purchased. I called and they sent a technician out in a timely manner. Jay did an awesome job to assess the issue and rectify it quickly and effectively. He explained everything he did and walked me through it as well. I had an ac that stopped cooling. Called Bills and they insured me that a repairman will be there shortly, within one hour Chris was here.He was very polite and had a great knowledge of the system that I have. He completed a full diagnostic on my system no guesswork and was able to identify the problem. Parts needed to be ordered. Chris was able to get the system working for the time being till the part could arrive. The part became available and was replaced and the system is working 👍 great. Chris and the employees of Bills heat and air are a great example of customer service and knowledge to serve all your heating and air needs . Give them a call day or night they will be there.

I delt with two other companies over the course of a month that did not take the time or effort for my HVAC issue. I calls Bills and they were an absolute life saver. Very responsive and professional as well as affordable and even came early and diagnosed and fixed the issue on the spot. Jay was amazing at explaining the issue and taking the time to physically show me what was wrong. I would recommend this company hands down with zero bad to say about them thank you!!!!!!!

Receptionist was very friendly, set up my appointment with a very positive attitude and Was very easy to talk to.... I needed a same day appointment and she was able to make it happen for me. The technician came out earlier then our scheduled appointment time (they called ahead to verify I would be home) technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Fixed my unit better then it was when I bought the house. (It no longer makes that terrible noise yay!) the prices were the best ones in town, and would recommend them to anyone!

I called to fix issues with installing Google Smart Thermostats. Chris was able to troubleshoot my issues and installed my thermostats and ensured they worked properly. They are the best in hinesville when it comes to any issues with heating and air! The employees are professional, friendly, and honest. If you ever have an issue ask for Chris, he’s the best when he does the work. He fixed a few of our AC or heater issues at different properties and I never had to call him again for the same issues once it’s fixed.
