Roman and Stephan apologized profusely for being late, although they were well within the appointment window. They did the checks and cleaning and gave me a report of everything including the fact that my AC is at the end of its life expectancy and may need to be replaced soon. So gave me information on their HVAC membership plans to consider.

We have the best service from Rakesh Pithwa. He has been a breath of fresh air for us. He spent the time to troubleshoot our unit instead of just doing a cursory check and saying everything was ok. We plan on always requesting Rakesh to perform our service going forward.

Zee and Tyler did a great job! They were very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely use this company again.

After years of service for HVAC, we were happy to have Peachtree Service install our new water heater. Isaac and Wally were quick and knowledgeable to arrange our new set up and coordinate installation. The installation team was kind and professional, dutifully keeping the house clean around their work and keeping the gates closed. They were more than understanding when we had to be underfoot intermittently. Best of all, when Peachtree caused a scheduling problem, they were fast to make things right. I'm so grateful for a company that is committed to keeping their promises.

Peachtree Service Experts got it right! Service technician Ramesk is outstanding! Great customer service! My heat was not working and I called Peachtree Service Experts. They sent Ramesk out and I was overall pleased with the service he provided. He kept me up to date with what he was doing and why. My issue was a little more complex than initially thought and it took 3 days to resolve however, I was pleased with his honesty and his overall ability to resolve the issue. He kept me in the loop so there was no second guessing about what’s going on. Professional, friendly, respectful of my home, my time and he wore booties over his shoes.
Great technician are hard to find so when you get one that meet and exceed your expectations it’s like Christmas!

Rakesh Pithwa is a skilled technician who thought "out of the box" to troubleshoot and resolve my thermostat issue. When the standard documentation which I had and he had did not solve the problem, he went to Google and found a uTube video which resolved the problem immediately.
He was patient, kind and respectful. He stayed late getting off work to help customers. Ramesh is not only an effective technician but he shows great customer relations skills. He enhances the reputation of Peachtree Service Experts . The company was smart to hire him.

Kwame was a very knowledgeable, positive, and professional technician. He went the extra mile as he came back the next day, at my convenience, which is unheard of these days, to get the system back online after I changed a password to the internet and forgot to tell him. He even fixed a chirping smoke alarm that I couldn’t get to stop. He was very friendly, and was able to answer all the questions I had. I hope they send him everytime . And there was no charge!

Had the pleasure of working with Rakesh. He was very detailed and explained what I needed to keep my system working for as long as possible. I know I’ll one day need to replace my 8 year old a/c unit and I’ll definitely contact PSE when the time comes! Great to know I can count on them for my HVAC needs in this unpredictable GA climate.
