Karl redeemed what would have been a less than 5 star review for Peachtree. There were a few glitches after we installed the new HVAC over 2 months ago but Karl saw the problem with the system reconnecting to wifi after power outages and easily remedied the situation. He also replaced the chimney cover after storm damage and made sure there wasn't any water damage to the furnace. Karl communicated with us clearly so we knew what to expect.
