Peachtree Service Experts

Peachtree Service Experts replaced my whole system in 2021 and offered a great maintenance plan. They come out and check and maintain my system. Zee and Zach came out today and were great. They were kind and professional. Zee remembers being here during install. They gave me a summary of the work done. They were fast. It’s been a great relief to know my system is working and well maintained and I have their service is anything breaks. The system works so well and we are cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Great service. So glad I got my whole system replaced and got on a plan to keep it working well. Nothing but good things to say. Thanks Zee and Zach!

Marlin and Josh came out today for a tune-up and were fantastic. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I look forward to using their services again!

Isaac and Stephen came out and did a great job! Friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy. A great combo. We felt comfortable agreeing to having service performed and scheduling additional needed work. Great experience.

Terrell arrived on time and communicated about his arrival. He serviced our 3 systems and explained how the systems need filters changed every 6 months or so. He works hard and showed me the filters after they were exchanged. I recommend Terrell to all your customers!

Terrill did a thorough job diagnosing a system issue while performing routine maintenance. He quickly got the necessary parts to repair my AC unit and system was working flawlessly. He was professional, courtesy, and answered all of questions. I would recommend Terrill for anyone needing customer maintenance on their HVAC system.

Stephen Kimani did a terrific job repairing our malfunctioning A/C late in the evening (10:00PM). He is a very pleasant person to do business with. As he said, "Happy wife, happy life."

Freddi was amazing! He did everything he could to figure out the problem and now it’s fixed. My children will be sleeping much better tonight!

Zee was wonderful. He was on time, thoughtful, efficient, professional, thorough and took the time to explain all that he was doing to service my home’s heating and air. He helped me put together a plan for next steps to keep my system in top shape. Zee will be the person I ask for in the future! He should be the technician that trains all of your new technician and customer service people.

Karl Swab and Roman Mendes diligently worked to fix our air conditioner after a lightning strike. They went out of their way to stay and test the unit, making sure we were comfortable before they left. They were friendly and professional and exceeded our expectations. Thank you!
