The technicians with this company are hardworking, respectful and professional! They showed up on time and worked diligently until.my new AC Heat Pump unit was completely installed and working properly. They prepped the floors before the install and cleaned up neatly afterwards. I am so impressed! In addition, my AC is working perfectly! It's now winter in my house during this scorching summer! I highly recommend this company!

There’s almost nothing more frustrating than not having heat in the dead of winter. Cook’s Heating and Air is the epitome of a good, family owned business which was evident in the prompt time and attention to the matter, the patience displayed with explaining the problem to me in terms I could understand, and accessibility to advice and service throughout the process. They really know their stuff and are professional and easy to work with. I can’t say enough about how they made the most aggravating situation better by being solution-oriented and working tirelessly to get the issue resolved. They assessed my system thoroughly, diagnosed it as being under capacity for my home, then worked with me to get the entire system replaced and up to the correct specs in just 2 days. That type of considerate service is rare these days. I definitely recommend them hands down!

Cook's is my go-to for residential and commercial HVAC needs. Absolutely superb!

Would give ZERO stars if possible. They came out to do our diagnostic a week ago. They still have yet to send it to our warranty company. Every time we call they say they will have someone call us back and they never do. We let them know we have a baby and need this fixed right away… they say we will make the message urgent still no one gets back to us. We ask for our money back and they say we don’t have access to refunds a manager will have to call you back. Pretty sure we are being scammed… or from the look of the other two low reviews it would appear they don’t like to do warranty’s. Perhaps they lose or don’t make as much with a warranty and therefore not deemed important. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have been working with this company for several weeks to get a repair done to my A/C. I had zero issues with them coming out initially to diagnose the issue. Now that it's time for the repair and the home warranty company has authorized a part and it supposedly has been ordered, no one from this office will contact me. I've been told the owner is unavailable or on vacation for multiple weeks. When I do reach someone, they tell me they can only leave a message for Mr. Cook. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional to not have someone who can look up part information while you are on vacation, and that I can't reach anyone in their office.

Joseph was our service technician. He was friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable. Very satisfied with Joseph and his company. Will definitely call again.

Joseph was punctual and professional. He made sure to put shoe covers on when he entered my home each time. He explained, in laymen’s terms, what was going on with my unit. The recommendations he made we’re very simple to understand...Now to only heed to them. He even swept up particles that came from my attic after finishing the work. He didn’t have to do that, but I appreciated it.
