They were extremely professional, priced properly, efficient, easy to work with, worked well along with our general contractor, and did the work in a very timely manner. I had problem with one of my units which was installed by a different company 3 years ago. When I called them they told me I have to wait 3-4 days for tech. So I called JE Mechanical because they installed my other unit last year. It was about 5 30 pm when I called, first I was told that they were booked for next 2 days but then after I spoke to Raul, service tech
was at my house at around 6 30 pm and it took him around 2 hours to do service, clean the coil, charge the system, because it was not charged properly at the installation time ( ARS Rescue rooter, I will never call them again). I was lucky to have Raul's phone #.
Very quick, professional service and reasonable prices.

We recently had issues w a prior HVAC company so decided to give JE mechanical a call since we saw great reviews. We had our AC unit go out on a 90 degree day recently and called JE mechanical in the morning the next day. They came out the same day and fixed our issues that day too. The tech was amazingly nice, the company easy to deal with and make payments and they didn’t try to sell us on any unneeded items. This 100% is our new go to company and we are happy we find them via reviews. Incredible service at a great price.

Great Service. Diagnosis was quick and identified the root cause of the issue in no time. They share availabile options of fixes and shared the pros and cons of different resolutions and allowed us to be part of decision making in choosing the right resolution. JE Mechanical did an extremely wonderful job upgrading my home system. I had an old, outdated system back from the early 2000's. JE came to my home, evaluated the conditions of my system, and were installing a new unit for me within 5 days. Their costs blew the 3 other companies out of the water. They had my system up and running in 2 days time. The crew was friendly, and hard workers. They even stayed late which I really appreciated. After the installation was complete, they swept up their mess and you couldn't even tell they were there. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC needs.

The men arrived on time and got to work immediately. They were in communication with their boss/manager and with me for the duration. They kept me aware of what they were doing and why. They were very efficient, respectful and cleaned up afterwards. When their boss/manager contacted me after they left, I said I had trouble turning the system off - he sent the guys right back to check. Thankfully it turned out to be the switch on the old thermostat that had nothing to do with their installation. JE Mechanical Heating and Air is by far the best in the business. They are responsive when problems arise. We recently had to replace an AC unit and they quoted us the best price, I did price check with a few other companies.
