The response was more than I have ever experienced from a Heating and Air conditioning company. The technician also sent a text on the expected arrival time.
After a review of the system , the technician gave a review of his findings and provided an explanation of reasons for suggested repair or replacement.
I was satisfied that required service was completed at a reasonable price.
A completely professional experience.

I used JE Mechanical to have a new HVAC system in my basement and they did an amazing job. Good workmanship and value. I had one of my home furnaces stop blowing warm air the day after Christmas. I called and they promptly scheduled a tech to make the repair. I’m now have a maintenance agreement for all 3 units.

JE Mechanical was great!! From working with Raul to set up the appointment, to our service tech Renan, it was great customer service! They were able to fix the issue that we were having and in a timely manner. Renan was friendly and helpful! Would recommend them to friends and family, and will use them again!

Renan with JE mechanical came out and put a unit for my 2 bedrooms that are on the second floor that cut my bill in half which pays for the system its self. He was very knowledgeable about his work and told me what is good for my house. I am very pleased with the work and system. I highly recommend them!

I love these guys -- been using JE Mechanical for years for maintenance/repair of our office's HVAC systems, and now for my residential one too.

Renan is so conscientious, meticulous and knowledgeable in his diagnosing of problems and in executing repairs. He always explains what's going on every step of the way, and clearly lays out what the service options are. I've never felt pressure for an upsell from him.

For example recently our home's upstairs HVAC stopped working. We called another company out first, and all they said is that the system is too old and that we need to replace the whole thing. I called JE Mechanical for a second opinion. Renan said yes, the system is old and could be due for replacement, but he diagnosed and pinpointed the exact component that malfunctioned, unlike the first company. He replaced that, and got the system up and running again. He made sure both heat and A/C worked after the repair.

When we do replace this system, we'll get it from JE Mechanical for sure. These guys are so honest and open in how they do things, and fair in their pricing, that I see no need to ever go to anyone else for our business or residential HVAC needs. You can't go wrong with JE Mechanical -- rely on them with confidence!

They did a great job at responding fast and were very accommodating to meet within a time window when I was available. Renan was our tech and he was very professional and spent time explaining exactly what was wrong and how he'd repair it. Great experience overall.
