Emergency Heating and Air Conditioning

I’ve been using Emergency Heating and Air for several years for home and rental units. I called this morning and the repair was completed by this afternoon. I appreciate the quick response, value, and excellent customer service. Todd and his crew explain the repair and get it done efficiently. These guys are great!

Todd & Team are really honest and experienced guys. I had to replace my 23yr old HVAC. Todd helped me decide on a best replacement with UV Light and air purifier. Duct work was also done neatly. The system was installed in May 2019, everything working really good so far. Thank you Todd and Team.

I have had numerous HVAC contractors come out to my house through a home warranty company (the contract came with the purchase of my home). Nearly all the work done was done improperly. After much frustration I began looking for local HVAC professionals. After speaking with numerous companies I choose to work with Emergency for a system replacement. Everybody was amazing, from Camille (please forgive if it is spelled wrong) the office/scheduling guru, to Marco the initial expert that came to the house, to Jonathan who did most of the work and Tim (I think...). Todd, the owner, was also in personal contact with me and even came out to the house to get things going, and also near the end of the day. They even went out of their way to document everything to take it back to the home warranty company so I could have a very poignant conversation regarding their services. Everyone at Emergency was very kind, professional and direct, and was I never pressured or up sold on anything. The price paid at completions was the same as the initial quote, and was very competitive for my area. Great experience on my end. They have earned my confidence and I will be calling them to take care of my other 13 year old unit when it eventually putters out.

Our furnace broke down. It was New Year's and no one was picking up their phones - Fortunately Emergency HVAC is really available 24x7. They responded immediately. Due to it being a holiday weekend they couldn't complete the repairs as some special parts were needed. They returned next business day and completed the repairs which took them past midnight but it was done. We had heat!!! Todd the owner is great to work with. Highly recommend this group.

I cannot tell you how amazing this company is! We had been seven days without heat and getting a run-around from our warranty company! It was 35 degrees and dropping and I called these guys at 3pm begging for help! Camille was the first person to respond with humanity towards me about the situation and said she would see if they could come out last minute. Todd was able to come out by 5pm that day and restored our heat which the warrenty companies team InAir was unable to do in two visits. InAir had told us it would take a complete furnace replacement, Todd knew better and had heat restored in less than an hour! Not only that but then he went above and beyond to change out our air filter that we hadnt yet been able to do and explain to us why our warrenty company was ripping us off and how we should go about these things in the future! We cannot express how greatful we are for this team!

Emergency heating and air are fantastic!!!!! They came when they said they would and was very friendly, and professional.. They explained the problem and gave me options that was best for me. I felt comfortable and that made me to trust them, I was so impressed that I asked them to do maintenance on my Heater and air conditioning, which I’ve never done, I’m kind of repairmen phobic, Ive had 30 years of experience of good and bad repairmen, so trust me when I say they were great!!!!!

A great experience as always. Marco is intelligent, knowledgeable, and personable. I always enjoy our conversations. But all this would be of no use if Marco didn't know what he was doing and didn't get the job done, but he always gets the job done. Dixie and I are happy to have a dependable and personable Heating and A/C guy. Thanks for all your help, Marco, see you in a few months to help us prepare for winter.

Todd and his employees replaced the ductwork in my crawlspace, and they did an excellent job! The job did take longer than expected, but they did stay until the job was complete. They were truly working for me and my satisfaction, and they met all expectations. They did a thorough job, and I am very pleased to recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs. They are trustworthy as well. There was a day that they needed access to the house while I was at work, and I had no fears of anything being damaged or stolen. Todd and Emergency HVAC are reliable, responsible, and they truly care for their customers. I am now a customer for life. All of this work was done a competitive price as well. I received a couple of quotes for the same job to compare, and Emergency HVAC was the best quote for the work. I know they did the most thorough job as well.

After waiting for 6 weeks for my home warranty company and their contractor to fix my AC, I decided to call Emergency Heating and Air Conditioning. I was able to get an appointment on the day I called. Marco arrived and walked me through his process of diagnosing the problem, and then how he was able to fix it. He also gave me some advice on how to keep my unit working. I will be calling them for all of my future AC and heating needs.

Very honest, open, and professional with everything they do. I had full confidence in their recommendation for my house. Todd took the time to explain every detail of my hvac system and had all the proof to back it up. He never tried to upsell more expensive equipment, or take advantage of my lack of knowledge of hvac's (and i'm an engineer myself). His prices are very competitive (almost halved homedepot's quote, that supposedly included a "free" furnace), but be aware, he is a good negotiator: you can't beat his discounts ;)
