Our AC broke Saturday night and most of the places I called or went online to book a repair said Tuesday at the latest I called emergency heating and air Sunday morning and within a few hours on the same day someone was able to come out and fix our system thank goodness cause we have two small children and we need our AC so it doesn’t overheat in their rooms. Marco came out and was very nice and informative the prices were fair turned out it was our capacitor that broke and he was able to change it immediately. I highly recommend this business especially if you need something in your hvac done same day

They took my call Sunday and didn't return my call. I called Monday, the dispatcher said they are busy this week and I should call another company. That's never happened to me before. I found out it's a bad evaporater coil and is under warranty with Lennox on a system Todd at Emergency Heating and Air installed. I tried to call them back. They blocked my number. Wow! They might be in the wrong business!

Our AC unit finally bit the dust. I called these guys on a Sunday in July and he was able to come the same night. I called about 5 different places first and nobody else could come the same day. Thanks to Todd at Emergency AC I did not have to sleep in 86 degrees that night. He made sure we were cool until they could come out and install a new unit. It was time for an upgrade. Our new unit looks amazing! I couldn’t be happier with the service their whole team provided. Very professional and respectful and I will be calling them again for my AC repairs.

These guys are absolutely fantastic to work with. Fast service and extremely polite technicians. Samuel came out and was very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He left no stone unturned when diagnosing my furnace. He addressed all my concerns and didn't try to BS me and sell me stuff I don't need. I will definitely call these guys when my next heating/cooling issue arises. Very genuine people to deal with.

The entire team is beyond great! This is my second time working with Marco and his team. I used them in my previous home to replace my HVAC system and the same with my current home. In both cases I shopped around and both times Marco proved to be the best. Marco always makes sure to educate you so you know exactly what you're getting and why. He is very knowledgeable and has proven so with both jobs he did for us. Neither were very common problems, yet he was able to figure out exactly what was wrong and come up with the solution that would be cost affective, and also fix the problem the first time. All while making sure we knew exactly what was going on so we could understand as well. We will definitely continue to call Marco for any future HVAC needs! This carries over to the whole team. Had a great experience with this business when our AC unit failed. I was able to talk to a person right away and get an appointment the next day. The company arrived on time, was very professional, fixed the problem and the bill was reasonable.

The owner, Todd, was really great. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He didn't pressure me into replacing the compressor, but another company recommended it. The pricing is affordable compared to other companies. The husband and wife team who replaced the a/c coil and installed the new compressor was excellent as well. I can't remember their names. I was very happy and satisfied with the prompt response and service. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

An absolutely fantastic company. I had been fighting with my home warranty and did not have AC for 4 days this July. My warranty sent out their guy who diagnosed a problem, said it wasn't covered by my warranty, but he could fix the issue for $500. This was a month ago and I am still waiting to hear back from my warranty on the coverage. I called Emergency Heat and Air Conditioning out for a second opinion. This company sent a fantastic employee out the same day, which cost me less of a service fee than my warranty company. He diagnosed the problem in half the time and said it was something completely different. He had the problem fixed in about half an hour and my air conditioning was fully functioning for a simple and cheaper fix. I will continue to use and recommend this company.

I've been using Emergency Heating and Air for over 6 years now and they have always been top notch. Unfortunately, the HVAC industry can be tough to navigate and it's sometimes hard to find honest and dependable service in this space. Lucky for me, I found these guys and I don't plan on using anyone else.

Todd the owner is very honest, knowledgeable and friendly to work with. He's put together an all-star team of technicians that believe in doing things the right way and not cutting corners. They are a smaller company that believes in doing right by their customer and building a long-term relationship with them.

In 2016, Emergency Heating and Air replaced my entire HVAC system and came up with an excellent design and solution that served me well for years. I used their maintenance program to ensure my systems were always running optimal and it paid off because I never had any issues with the new system. I moved into a new home recently and I was having major cooling challenges with my upstairs system that was only 5 years old. My power bill was through the roof! I worked with Marco and he performed a load calculation which led to the conclusion that the system was undersized and did not have proper ducting. Basically, the previous HVAC installer just slammed in a replacement unit with little desire to ensure the system was designed properly. Marco gave me an honest assessment and in the end we replaced the entire system with a larger unit and added additional supplies/returns to several rooms as well as a zoning solution. In the end, the new system is working great and my kids’ rooms are comfortable once again. My power bill has improved greatly this summer as a result of the new system.
