Emergency Heating and Air Conditioning

I recently contacted this company for an issue I had with my 1.5 yr old unit. It was an issue caused my the initial installers (D & L) of my unit. I tried a company through HD...they didn't find the root cause & were also quoting unreasonably to fix the issue. As per manufacturer's recommendations I reached out to Emergency Heating & Air Conditioning...Marco (service manager) initially came and found the root cause of the issue...he patiently answered all my queries and guided through the entire repair process and also explained the cost breakdown.
He assigned a service technician called Samuel...Samuel was simply incredible...so focused on the task in hand and his work was just perfect! He delivered well beyond my expectations :) He answered all my queries with a smiling face.
Overall, the work was quite impressive from start to finish.

Alex called before he arrived. I was impressed by his uniform and he was clean cut. He diagnosed the problem, discussed price and left to get a pressure switch and came right back. Great professional service!!! A lost art. I have already recommended the service to a friend. They have definitely added a new customer to their list. 5 star.

We have been clients of Emergency HVAC for several years. They have installed two complete HVAC systems for us and replaced a lot of ducting. They consistently provide superior service and are a pleasure to work with. We have complete faith in Todd and his team, which they have earned. I’m particular, Marco Alvarez is an exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced technician with an obvious passion for his work. My HVAC unit was going... it has been making a lot of weird noises especially when the weather was below 25 degrees this year. Marco came out and after listening to the sound said it was the motor going, but it would be better to replace the entire unit as it is over 16 years old. He was very professional and helpful and after giving me an estimate, I decided to go with this company which is way cheaper. Jenna and her husband installed my HVAC and furnace. They were very friendly and explained the process and took great care in protecting my floors as it was a very rainy day. Thank you guys for doing such a great job!

From the time we called - on a Sunday morning - to the end, the associates were wonderful.

Alex, our technician, showed up on time, and was incredibly friendly and professional. He explained the issue and had our A/C fixed in 30 minutes. He saved us from the sweltering summer heat.

Our heating went out on Sunday afternoon with the outside temps being in the low 30's. We called Emergency (ironic because it was an emergency to us). They showed up in no time. Marco was very friendly and went right to work. Within the hour our heat was working again. Marco explained that our condenser had frozen up. He also explained how he made some adjustments to the factory settings so that this would not happen again. He gave us some helpful tips as well.
I highly recommend!

I spoke to Todd 2 years ago about a new system and he recommended fixing it one more time before a replacement. This the blower went out and Marco came to give me a quote for a new system. He measured everything and recommended moving from a 4 ton to a 3 ton unit. He also repaired my old unit because it was going to be 2 days before a new one could be installed.
Justin did the install and answered all my questions like they were the most important thing to the job. I will be calling them again when my upstairs unit goes out.

Called about downstairs heating issue. Promptly came to assess the problem. Solution was to install a wall mounted heat pump. Agreed with solution and is working great. Installation also was done promptly. All those involved were professional and pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend this company!

Todd (Owner) is very knowledgeable and efficient. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. He had all parts in his truck so the repair was quick! Also very reasonably priced. (Call 2 other well known local) He also showed proof of what went wrong and sent a picture so you know your not getting services that are unneeded. Very happy with his service. Will definitely be my go to !

We all know how difficult it is today to get service for pretty much anything. These guys erased my concerns completely . The were on time , caring and professional . In particular they know record cold weather was coming to Dahlonega. That got us set up and the system worked amazing even with 20 degree temps. They surely are exceptional and dedicated teams .
