Wonderful experience. This company was very efficient, punctual, polite, and thorough when installing my new A/C and heating unit. When my original unit was having issues, the owner came out, at no charge, to inspect and explain what was happening. After we both agreed on a new unit, we scheduled an install date which took him and his men half a day to install. The owner then continued to reach out to me the following weeks after installation to check and make sure my expectations were met and that the equipment continued to perform as expected. It would benefit to include that the price of everything was extremely reasonable and quoted at the beginning with no pressure to accept at that very moment. We were given time to research the new equipment that was quoted for us to decide on our own if it was reputable. Thank you to Hugh's Mechanical, Inc. for the easy and stress free fix.

They are a small company which I like because they are more personal. They answered my call on the weekend and came right out. The fee is cheaper than others too. They ordered my part and got my ac going ASAP. They are a honest, family oriented company. I would highly recommend.

My air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest days. I called Hughes on Monday morning and they came within 2 hours and had it up and running in a very short time. So thankful for that. They are very professional and pleasant to deal with.

It’s like having family come to your house to look at your AC. Friendly, thorough, and on top of their game. Really felt like they cared about getting my air conditioner back up and running almost more than I did. To anyone looking for help with their air-conditioning or heating, I would tell you to go nowhere else.

This is a small family owned company that is the best in the area, hands down (beats out the pink truck folks all day, every day)

Hugh’s Mechanical is always Johnny-on-the-spot. If they say they will be there, they mean it. I have used them for years. I really like that they’re a local and a family-owned business. I will not use anyone else when it comes to my A/C work.
