Lennox Stores (Parts Plus)

In the last year, the infrastucture subsidiary of my company has needed multiple items including whole house dehumidifiers

(buy AprilAire- made in U.S.A. & excellent plus energy efficient,about $1500 ea on Amzn, but 1 can save a basement, attic or crawlspace 4 sure!)

... dampers, & thermostats, ductwork, heatpump, and entire hvac systems.

I spoke with the manager and he kindly advised me that I must have an hvac licence to buy from Lennox, or I must find an authorized Lennox installer/affiliate.
I have contractors in my family who have hvac licenses & businesses,. No problem i thought. Yet, I made no progress at all. I wanted to buy Lennox due to the companys excellent replacement warranties.

We are presently in the process of purchasing 2 hvac systems and upgrading another, but this Lennox is far too busy and important for my business it seems.

I was never even given a list of authorized Lennox contractors, price listings, notta! And i spoke with a manager!
no information on how to proceed PERIOD.
On one occassion I called back to ask a question, and was hung up on by this uppity gentleman.
Fortunately, there are plenty of places that are happy to accept my money, my business, and my referrals.

If i have misunderstood or been misadvised, I will gladly update this review. I feel that we should always be polite in a professional setting, even if we are short handed or busy.
