Excellent! My technician, Jay, was the best I have ever seen. He walked me through everything he saw and did. His integrity saved me thousands! Professional and certainly knowledgeable. He brought his years of experience. It was obvious he was looking out for me as the customer rather than padding the bill for the company. We won't be using anyone else now! Cannot recommend this company enough.

Great company to work with. Staff very knowledgeable, worked with us on options to best fit our business. We have used Service First for complete system installs and maintenance. Even have had them install Smart Thermostats for us. Cannot say enough great things about this company!!!

Service First installed two full systems for us with humidification and UV. All team members were incredibly professional and great to work with as they listened to and tailored the solution to my needs. They also pulled out all of the stops to mitigate the supply chain issues we all face these days to make the turnaround for this project a very short completion. The systems were installed with safety systems to greatly reduce the risks of any water damage. I am very pleased and highly recommend the Service First team for any needs you may have.

Service First is simple the BEST. A honest organization faith based, they service your system like they would their own. They have never tried to sell me anything we did not need. My system is 18 years old, they could easily have told me otherwise! But, that is not who they are. A good Christian owned company with moral values, hard to find these days.

All of the guys were great to work with. They installed two massive infrared heat systems in a pavilion and multiple mini-split systems in a church remodel. Very prompt and professional! Highly recommend as I have been dealing with them for over 15 years.
