10 STARS in our opinion. We have used Schiffmann Heating and Air for several years and have been extremely impressed with Mike and his hard work. He has found ways for our family to save on our energy bill, is always prompt and extremely polite Mike is very knowledgeable about the services he provides and how to best help you. We HIGHLY recommend Mike and his company.

I would highly recommend Schiffmann Heating and Cooling! We had a Mitsubishi Mini-Split Heating/AC unit installed in our bonus room and the work was top notch.

We shared our concern with the heating/AC system that was not able to keep up and they recommended the mini-split and we love it. Very quiet unit!! You can't even tell it is running. So glad he recommended it and that we had him install it.

If you are in the market for a heating and cooling company, please give him a call. You will not regret it.

Our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days to date this year! Mike Schiffmann arrived on short notice and quickly took care of the issue!! He had our AC up and running in short order, and ensured it was properly working thru a couple of on/off/temp change cycles. We highly recommend Mike.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the service from Schiffman heating and cooling. The men were very professional, hard-working and expert in their work. We were also pleased with the quality of installation. We received a new HVAC system which is nothing but quality. We could not be more satisfied with the decision to employ their services.

We gathered 4 bids from local and national companies to replace my HVAC units. I chose Schiffmann because of Mike's professionalism, knowledge, and local business. They arrived on time, every time. They were efficient and considerate of our home. No issues...at all. We couldn't be happier with Schiffmann and happily recommend them

Pardon the pun but, "What a breath of fresh air!" We had a wonderful experience with Schiffmann Heating & Cooling. This was the 2nd time we have used them on our units at home and they have more than exceeded our expectations.

Earlier in the day we had a "big box" type HVAC company come look at our issue. The type with commercials on TV/radio and all of their trucks wrapped. I quickly figured out who pays for all that - the customer! Before we even discussed my situation they had an app on an ipad selling me a maintenance agreement. Ridiculous. My mistake that I'll never make again.

Mike from Schiffmann responded to our call and was out at our house that afternoon. He listened to my amateur description of our situation, showed me what was happening, and then addressed the issues immediately.

My family and I have used Schiffmann for many years. They installed 2 new systems at our old house years ago and 2 new systems at our new house. Mike is very prompt, very experienced and very professional.

One of the systems Mike installed stopped cooling around 8:30 pm in July, I wanted to let him know so he could take a look at it in the morning. Mike was at my house with in the hour with all his tools to identify the problem. It was a factory issue but Mike had my system up and running in the morning and we never had another issue.

I have read other reviews and it seems all systems are nearly the same. What makes the true difference is the person installing the system. I highly recommend Shiffmann Heating and Cooling.

Our A/C went out and our house was temping 80 degrees inside, Mike came out immediately and was able to complete a full equipment replacement within two days of us approving the quote. We highly recommend this company. Mike was honest, professional and even gave us advise to save us money.

Mike is a professional in every way! I have been using his company since they opened having Spring/Fall checks on my systems. He recently replaced my downstairs units. After installation, he explained the operation of the units and followed up a few days later to check my satisfaction. Excellent service & knowledge about heating & cooling!

On a cold winter day, Mike was at our house within 45 minutes of our phone call. The parts we needed were in Doraville (we live in Monroe), but he didn't hesitate to drive that far to get the right parts. Our heating element was repaired within 2 hours. Also, Mike made us aware of things about our furnace and in-home humidifier we didn't know, which will save us from costly repairs in the future. In addition, Mike replaced and set our thermostat to save the most money. We highly recommend Schiffmann Heating and Cooling! Mike's company is the one will we always trust in the future!
