From start to finish the Essential Heating & Air Conditioning team made an unpleasant situation bearable. Our system died and unfortunately, the replacement wasn't covered by our home warranty company. Essential came out and installed our new system at a reasonable cost and answered every phone call and email promptly before, during, and after the process. We're definitely going to have them come back out when the second system goes out.

Tech David Kerr was professional, relatable, very down to earth. He wsuggested what we could do regarding our unit. He was not out just to make a sell. Cool guy

I contacted Essential on Tuesday. A service repairman arrived promptly Wednesday morning. The tech diagnosed my issue and reviewed the repair options with me. He was in and out in less than 2 hours.
