The company was very communicative when I was talking to them about purchasing an AC unit. I was given a price for an AC unit without including a coil. When the installation guys came out they told me that I had told the office I didn’t need a coil. I never said this and when I talked to them about an AC unit I was expecting to be given a price for everything related to the AC unit. So, I had to pay an additional amount for a coil. (If I had known that the price I was given did not include everything necessary for an AC unit I would have contacted another company for an estimate.) After they installed the unit, they did not want to communicate with me when I called to tell them this AC unit was not stabilized in the area it was placed. The workers used my wood that I had outside for another project to prop a corner of the AC unit. The company scheduled an appointment for the workers to come back and they cancelled the appointment 2 days prior to the scheduled date. I will definitely not use this company again and I will not recommend them.

Essential heating and air is a life saver. My technician David was on time, professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. He diagnosed my ac unit and resolved the issue quickly. I am so grateful because it was hot as you know what in my home. I will only use this company because they are trust worthy and honest.

Essential Heating & Air Conditioning. My rental house AC went out during one of GA’s frequent heatwaves. My home warranty company said all their HVAC providers were fully booked with appointments a week out. It was 97 degrees in the house at night. I called Essential Heating and Air. They were so responsive. They were fully booked also, but squeezed me in as a potential appointment for that day or the next. Someone came out diagnosed and fixed the issue THE SAME DAY! Staff were great from office to expert. Prices were affordable. The cool air was PRICELESS! This company takes pride in their work and it shows.

The professionalism exemplified was above and beyond. I appreciate the phenomenal customer service. The follow up phone calls to make service was rendered really considerate. Thank you so very much for coming out within 24hours.

Been using this company since 2009 exclusively. I won’t call anyone else. I get reminders for spring and fall servicing. The price is affordable too. And they respond quickly to emergencies.

Thermostat was not getting power. The technician assessed the problem and replaced a part in the unit. Service was great, prompt, and professional.

I just want to say that "God is good all the time" This morning I woke up and the temp in my home was 57. My furnace was running and the hot air was not blowing out at all. I had to pull out my space heaters to keep warm. I call my heating and air guy and he stated he would not be able to come out to my home until Monday. I could not wait until Monday to see what the problem was with the furnace. I started searching for a heating and air company that would be reasonable priced and I would get answers regarding why the air was not blowing out of my furnace. I called Essential Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc and I was very pleased with the telephone mannerism first and the fact that I was able to get on the schedule today. The technician called and arrived and was very pleasant. The problem was detected and the work was performed and now I have heat in my home tonight. I am very pleased with the service that I received today. I really appreciated be put on the schedule today. The overall service was very professional and that means a great deal to me.
