Had a lot of glitches with installation crew, but the lady dispatcher Felicia was so kind, and was able to cool me down.
She went over and above to make this purchase of my new AC unit okay.
Also Anthony explained thoroughly what was wrong with my old unit, and promised to find one that is affordable for us.
Although the installation crew had numerous glitches as I mentioned before, the end result was okay.

Great company. All employees are professional, the response time & scheduling is prompt. Communication on appointment time is great. Dave was thorough in figuring out what was causing our system to have issues, he explained what needed to be done & was able to complete the service on the spot. Excellent company.

The price of the bill was way to high after finding out the price of the part that was replaced. I paid over $300 to have a Duel Capacitor replaced which doesn't cost over $15 and to have it installed in under 30 minutes. I was informed that my hvac system freon drained out and once I got a quote, I said no, the cost is way to much.

The best!! Anthony put our unit in 4-5 years ago and that service and all since then has been great!!! From the first call to finish every one is professional.

I have used Essential for my annual maintenance and any repairs needed for my HVAC system. As well as a replacement an Air Conditioner unit 5 years ago. I have been totally satisfied with Essential’s work.

The technician check my units to make sure they were in working order. He stated he would return when temperature gets higher to make sure all are working at capacity.

My heat stopped working the night before Christmas Eve. I Googled and found this company. Based on their reviews, I decided to call them to see if they were open. They were open and added me to the list. I got a text later that day from LaToya stating their service Tech would be out on Christmas Day between 10am and 6 pm. LaToya also text me on Christmas when the Tech was on the way. He arrived within the hour. He was polite and wore shoe covers while inside my house. He worked quietly and diligently to get my heat working. He told me exactly what the problem was and what he could do. More work is needing to be done but he did get the heat working again. I'll definitely use them to complete the additional work on the furnace.
