Integrity Refrigeration and A/C

I was extremely satisfied with the repair on my AC unit. They totally revamped the whole unit and Billy/the owner checked the job after completion. This company is very thorough and their prices are reasonable. Believe me, you can't go wrong if you need any type of repairs.

My blower motor went out on my HVAC so I called Integrity Refrigeration and A/C to come look at it. Within 2 hours Daniel showed up and phoned in the order for a new blower motor (which Billy delivered himself) and after the quick install they stuck around to make sure everything was working properly and that all of the other components of my system were working as they should. All in all - they were very professional, proficient, efficient and affordable. Daniel and Billy were awesome, I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs the services that they provide.

Highly recommend. After I noticed our a/c was shut off at around 630pm , I called around to a few HVAC repair companies that we’ve used in the past, including 24 hour ones. They either didn’t answer or said they couldn’t come out until morning. It was 85 degrees out and having a baby and small children I really needed to get this AC working/looked at ASAP. William was here within the hour, and got everything done that needed to be done to get it running well again. Dependable, affordable and friendly. 🙌🏼

Billy the owner was prompt, personable, and respectful. His team is awesome. They are very skilled, professional, and thorough but Pina and his brother are amazing! We have found them to be honest and prices are very affordable. This is the third time we’ve used them and hope to keep relying on them as our A/C “go to” company.

I called Friday and by mid-day the owner went and checked on my rental property. He was able to diagnose the problem, which was some bad work from a different A/C company that installed my new A/C unit two years ago.
I felt at ease talking with him and he tried to keep the price down as much as possible.

I would recommend Billy and his company. He is local and I feel he is honest.

Professional and Trustworthy. We had our entire HVAC redone. Integrity was quick to respond and quote us a price during the Thanksgiving Holiday. They began work on the system immediately after the holiday and we are more than pleased with the outcome. We have an older home built in 1960 and we were well informed of what this redo would entail and everything was explained to perfection.

Called in close to 5 o clock because my elderly mother ac went out was informed that all the techs were booked for the day but they give me a call back shortly after got a call from billy/owner saying he would come out and check it personally. He made out within an hour and had it running before sun down. Very dependable guys.

These guys are the best; prompt and thorough. They are expert in knowing what needs fixing and they do their very best to find the exact parts to do the job. Their is no messing around with second -hand or generic parts to do what needs fixing. They are fair priced company.

Daniel and Billy truly are the best. They really have a good understanding and knowledge about all AC units. Daniel was on time, and explained everything that needed to be done. If you need someone to service or do maintenance on your AC, don’t hesitate to call these guys.
