Billy and his team were AMAZING! I called them to fix a freezer on my restaurant and to give maintenance to other fridge and they went above and beyond fixing the freezer. They waited until it was working properly and stayed more time to make sure it was all fixed. They even called me the next day in the morning to know how the freezer did during the night. 100% recommended!

Ok, so at first Billy was a decent contractor for my companies. He was higher priced, but the work got done and the craftsmanship was acceptable. However, the last 2 times I dealt with "Integrity" Refrigeration, I has been very negative. Why? Well the first bad experience was when I hired him to do a repair of my duct work under my businesses crawl space. After an hour of digging around, he said he couldn't do the job, and handed me a bill for a few hundred dollars. Imagine taking your car to the repair shop, and the dealer saying they can't fix it but here is a bill for the look. What?!? I'm sorry, but if you are incapable of doing the job asked of you, how can you be expectedto be paid for... nothing? I finally agreed to pay him $75 because he was kicking and screaming about getting paid for his failure.
The second time I had him come out to look at installing a new system. His price was higher than 2 others, so we went a different way. What did he do? He sent me a bill for his "time". I signed nothing to agree to this, and refused to pay the ridiculous unsolicited bill. There was never a quote for his estimate, he was most likely mad that I didn't use him. And now he sent me to collections. See the photo attached. I will not stop until I have spread the word about these awful business practices. It is shameful.

They are very professional and punctual. It is a great company! They complete their work with great detail and they even take the time to explain what they’re doing. They have an exceptional customer service.

The guys over at integrity came out and got us ready for the summer heat. They came out and were very knowledgeable and made sure everything worked properly before heading out. They also made it out here alot sooner than expected which was a plus considering how hot it's been these past days. Highly recommend them 10/10!

Yandy is very professional, on time and very friendly and is very knowledgeable answering all my questions.

Stating with my first call, the receptionist was very nice and helpful, was able to schedule a repair person to come to my house the same day. Luis came to do the necessary repairs and he was on time and started to do the repairs right away, took the time to explain to me exactly what he was doing and did the work very efficiently and overall I am very happy with the job well done. Will continue to use integrity refrigeration from now on!!!!

Great team and great business! Billy was extremely personable, and easy to communicate with. After coming out to give a quote I decided to go with Integrity and made an appointment. They actually showed up early to the job, and did everything they said they would, to a professional and clean job. Highly recommend!
