They always do a excellent job and always show up when they say they will. They let us know how far away they are showing up. Very friendly and courteous.

I called Integrity A/C and Billy, the owner, was out to the sight within 30 min. He had affordability on my side, but above all is honest. He knows what he is doing and i felt like i was in good hands. I cant thank Billy enough. He had us up and running in no time in this Florida heat. I cant say enough about his employee Jesse Hadsock as well. Folks, if you want honesty and fair pricing please dont hesitate to use this business. Thank you Billy.

Will not hesitate to have this company back to our home. Right away they knew the issue, fixed the problem and made some repairs (with our permission) to mitigate the issue in the future. They educated us, were friendly and knowledgeable.

They do NOT stop until the job is done! If there's an issue, they keep working at it until it is figured out and complete. We have a new unit and it just "STOPPED WORKING". No one else could figure it out, nor did they fix it, and of course we still had to pay all of them for the service calls. Integrity did NOT stop for days, almost a week or more. They figured it out and fixed it. They are awesome, they truly are!!

There was an issue with water build-up in my a.c. closet. They found the leak and sealed what they needed to seal. Great service! Timely and professional 👍
