Frosty's Air Conditioning

I called Frosty's Air because before I bought my house someone had worked on my AC before. They were my third quote. Craig arrived on the first day and diagnosed the problem while explaining everything along the way. My part was ordered and when it arrived Craig returned and went right to work. He worked til 10pm only to realize we needed another part. He again explained everything and said he would arrive the next day. The next morning Craig arrived earlier than he even told us and again got straight to work. He is helpful, knowledgeable and really cares about getting it done right. Our home now has a/c and we are thankful for a tech like Craig. The fact that he answered all of our questions, did everything he could, spent the time to make sure it's right shows us he cared more about fixing our a/c than the money. Frosty's a/c is very lucky to have a great tech. I would recommend Frosty's/Craig to all my friends. Thanks again for everything.

Today is the 3rd time I have used Frosty's. When I wasn't able to get a hold of my long time AC repairman this was the company I first used and I'm glad I found them. Frosty's came out the next day on a Sunday and fixed the AC when I was out of town (my poor house sitter and dogs). The first time they found the a fuse had blown. The second time I used them I heard some noises when the AC turned on. It was nothing big but they went ahead and did some basic maintenance since they were there. The third time there was a coil that went bad and they replaced it. I can't vouch if they are the cheapest AC repair company but at least I know they are reliable and aren't looking to scam you. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Very disappointed. I am currently looking for an HONEST service provider because Frosty’s no longer fits that description. We purchased two (2) AC units based on Frosty’s recommendation and had them installed roughly 3 years ago. We also purchased the preventive maintenance plan to ensure our units last for many years to come.
However, my home is not cool. I called Frosty’s and someone came right over. Stated “You’re out of refrigerant. . . It leaked out of a hole caused by the copper wire rubbing against it....I don’t have the parts with me I will be back by 10am tomorrow”
Frosty’s returns and charges $500 + dollars!
Not my fault it wasn’t installed properly. Not my fault the “full AC preventative maintenance program” isn’t as described. This unit, if installed properly and with proper maintenance, should be worry free for many many years.
I cannot not describe how cheated and taken advantage of I feel right now.

Everyone from the person I spoke with on the phone to the 2 gentleman that came to my home were great. My ac had wierd issues and both Craig and Jesse took their time to figure out what it was instead of just trying to sell me something. While it took more than one visit to fix the issue it was worth it because of how they treated me and how professional they were. I would highly recomend them to anyone.

This was my 3rd quote to replace a 17 year old Goodman. Not only did Mike give me the best quote, it was also a larger and more superior product than what the other companies were selling.
Furthermore, Anthony and Walter are super technicians! Friendly, polite and courteous.
All 3 did a wonderful job and went above and beyond my expectations. And...my house is cool again!

Thank you so much for helping me on a Sunday! My AC stopped cooling the day before and it was super hot inside the house. Mark came promptly, found the problem and fixed it. I'm so grateful! I'm scheduling a maintenance service on Monday since my unit is old and I have pets. Great service! God bless you guys!!!!!

All vents inside were blowing hot air with a 98° heat index outside and not because I was talking so much. Called them up and arrived rather quickly to troubleshoot the problem. Thank you Dylan for the homeowner's lesson and making it cool inside again for the dogs. Will pass along the referral to others who may be in need of Frosty's services down the road. Frosty's is the best A/C service provider. They are fast, friendly, efficient and do quality work. They replace the ductwork in our home built in the 1940's and despite the difficult access to our attic they got up there and did a fantastic job. Their prices are very reasonable and they never try to sell you anything you don't want or need. Terrific customers service. They really care about their customers.

Wow! Mike, Anthony, and Walter did an amazing job putting in my new unit. After twenty years of a well taken care of unit (thanks to Frosty's maintenance plan); it was time to replace. This is the company I trust with keeping my house cool in this summer heat, and toasty in the winter.

Craig is the best technician I have ever worked with. Frosty's is quick, and there prices are fair. They treat their customers right, and do the job right the first time.
