I had a problem with an AC on a house I’m renting. The contact woman was professional, she worked with me and the landlord to solve the problem. The Technician was honest and professional. He said it was a minor problem and fixed it, he continued and checked everything. He did NOT make up problems to fluff his bill. The contact woman I think her name was Laura not only got me immediate help but she got a tech to me before the window she set. I don’t know why they are not an overall 5 star but with their professionalism, immediate service and honesty I would give them a ten.

This company is honestly one of the most reputable in the area. They have really great staff, kudos to Craig for being so knowledgeable and honest with us about what the actual problem was and what to look for in the future, and the owners seem to be wonderful people. They’ve got some long time customers which shows they’ve continued to give great service and makes me feel comfortable about the fact we chose them over the crackpot red carpet air.

I called Frosty's Air to figure out what was wrong with my AC on a Saturday! The tech come quickly out and figured it all out fast. This technician knew what he was doing and every time I had a question, he had an answer that made sense. Since it was the weekend, he could not get parts and so it was left until Monday. I ended figuring out insurance would cover so unfortunately I did not end up having Frosty's do the repair due because of insurance make it practically free but was still tempted to just have Frosty's do it just for the sake of knowing it would be done right and quickly. I find comfort in knowing that there are still businesses like this out there. Businesses that do actually what they say and stand behind it instead of trying to steal your dollars.

Great experience ! So it turned out. there was nothing wrong with my AC. The clog or frozen part thawed or drained well it wasn't in use. Tech arrived in time slot was very nice young man checked everything out explained what he thought may have been the trouble. I paid the service only which will last for 30 days if I have yo have them come back. THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE,

My AC was out for awhile, I ended up calling frosty’s and that was the best decision I made. Craig was the tech that came out he was informative on the issue with my unit and was quick and prompt when it came to the replacement of my outside unit. Frosty’s will be my to go company for any of my AC issues.

I hired Frosty's AC in 2017 for my AC Tuneup to perform an annual checkup and preventive maintenance. Craig, Frosty's technician, is very knowledgeable and knew what to do. He even went into the AC unit that's in a hard to reach place to perform his testing and inspections. After Craig cleaned the AC coils, flushed the drainage line, measured the refrigerant level and finished the rest of his testing, he gave me an assessment of my AC Unit. My AC System is in good shape, but he warned me of some issues to watch that he would evaluate during the next tuneup. I am happy with the professional and friendly service I received.

The next year Craig returned for my 2018 Tune Up . He found a slow Feon leak and had to restore a half pound of refrigerant. The leak was in the evaporator coil. The solution was either to replace Evaporator Coil unit or buy a New AC System. Since it is a slow leak, I had plenty of time to make a decision and the AC system still working.

After 6 months of weighing the con's and pro's, I made my decision to buy a new Energy Efficient System. The reason to replace the old unit boiled down to believe it or not to saving money by reducing electricity bills and on-going maintenance costs. Also, I didn't want to be caught in the middle of a hot summer day without my AC System working.

I called Frosty's for a free AC quote. Laura provided me with a proposal of 3 AC Systems that would do the job at different price points. The difference between them were mainly about energy efficiency. I selected the middle price-point system that moved me a better AC System (with a SEER value of 15) that will last 20 years or more with little or no maintenance cost and provide the cooling and heating I want.

Frosty's AC installed the new AC System in one day on January 18, 2019. The new Ac System has been working at peak efficiency ever since. I am complete satisfied with my new air conditioner and the service I received from Frosty's. I highly recommend Frosty's AC to replace your old air conditioner. You can't go wrong with Frosty's.

We recently bought a older home. The rain the last few days brought to our attention some outside thermostat wiring in need of some attention. Dylan was very professional in his explanation of the ways it could be fixed, answered my questions honestly and was very focused on getting the job done.He was also kind to my large hound dog who was barking at him for attention. I used the online request form for non emergency service calls last night, recieved a email by 7:45 am this morning, had Dylan here by 10:30am ish & have had working AC sine 11:30am ish. Cost was under $200 so I was very pleased. ❄️

We have been a customer for the last few years, we left a message early in the morning an was contacted before they even opened. Craig came an hour early and had the house cooling down in a short period of time. Craig thanks for working in the rain to get the outside unit fixed and house cooling off again.
