Apex Heating & Cooling places more value on making life long customers than making a quick dollar and took the time to explain to me why my unit needed to be replaced without pressuring me to replace it now. They fixed the broken part and got it working again and refused to accept my payment due to the poor condition of the unit. I will definitely be using them to replace my unit when that time comes and appreciate their genuine honesty and high standard of work ethics.

Ken did our annual furnace servicing for the second year in a row. He is wonderful! He is very knowledgeable and thorough! He remembered everything from the year before and was very committed in explaining findings in detail. Excellent and quick execution . Cant recommend them highly enough and I always call him for all my HVAC needs.

My heat pump stopped working and Apex Heating & Cooling came out the same day. Ken was able to fix it and was very good at explaining things in layman terms that I could understand. He even gave me a lesson on routine maintenance for the air handler. Apex Heating & Cooling is the only place I have used for over a year now.

The service technicians were very friendly, respectful, and even wore booties over the work boots so that they wouldn't drag any dirt into our home. James and Paul were excellent installers! Displayed great professionalism. They worked non stop until the installation was complete. They tested the air conditioning to make sure it was working properly before they left and asked if I had any questions. Overall a very satisfied client and highly recommend them!

I purchased and requested installation of an A/C unit from Apex Heating & Cooling. The unit was competitively priced and the installation was quick, clean, courteous, and professional.
