Central Heating Consultants

I had Central Heating Consultants out to add some returns to a dated system. Due to the age of the house and method of construction, there were several issues that caused it to be a difficult install. Instead of cutting corners and making excuses, Tim's crew did custom work and put in the extra time to make everything fit and look right. Exceptional customer service and a very reasonable price.

Central Heating did a fantastic and quick job replacing our air unit and setting us up with a maintenance plan. They gave us a direct and great price, with options for financing that was just what we needed. We will forever be Central Heating Consultant customers.

We had new HVAC system installed by Central Heating Consultants about 7 years ago and they did a great job and we’re fairly quick considering they were installing two systems. Overall, this was a great experience.

However, we have not had a great experience with our maintenance contract. We signed up (and paid) for 2 visits per year and they never reached out to us to schedule the second appointment. I called twice and sent a message through their website but never received a response.

**Edit**: They called me first thing Monday morning after I posted this and were able to schedule my second visit for the following day.

We contacted Danny with Central Heating Consultants to get an estimate of repairs for our AC unit. We had a completed estimate by the end of the day. Then it came time for the installation - Scott and his crew were polite and knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. They had us up and running by the end of the day. From Tim, the owner, to the installation crew, we had a great experience - we will definitely use them in the future.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. The help desk person on the phone was extremely polite and helpful. They had someone out the same day, but said it would be late in the day. He seemed genuinely concerned that I understood and set the expectation well.

The technician arrived on time. He called when he was five minutes out. I also received a text message with his name and photo. He quickly identified the problem and we paid a standard, fair price for the repair.

Can't say enough good things. I've found my HVAC folks in Tallahassee.

Good support, fixed the problem in a short time. Will look for them again
