I could not be happier with service I received from Hi-Vac! Everything from my initial call, working with their dispatchers to arrange an appointment to the technician Steven was great. Everybody was courteous, prompt, efficient and professional. Steven did a great job of explaining the problem with our AC system and the solutions available. Thanks for getting our AC back up and running!

I just installed a new Trane AC today with HI-VAC. They came with a decent price for a 4 ton unit and they have good reviews. I had several offers. I had 3 very close prices. The company that I used before asked 45% more!!! The installation went smoothly and they have been polite, on time, professional. They replaced the drain line. They included a UV light and a new thermostat, I am hoping to keep the good experience going forward with service and maintenance.

My experience with this company was SUPERB. Since the day they arrived for the estimate, always explaining each step and all different t options that they have. They don’t try to buy the most expensive but what it’s more convenient for you. When they install my new system took care of every single detail, the AC worked perfectly and my house clean as they never been there. Simply amazing professionals, in my experience probably the best contractor ever, not just speaking about AC …and the price is affordable and fair with several options for you to choose.

When do emergencies usually happen?Weekends! I panicked when I got the recording but I got a return call right away. George was SUPER...when I explained the problem, he kinda figured out the problem over the phone. We did a quick video chat and within a minute gave me a task to dry out my sensor. Within 10 minutes of that everything was working. He called back just to make sure. I can't even begin to thank him for his professionalism and diligence and problem solving skills....along with being trustworthy. If all the employees at this company are like him, they will have our business for a long time. This is how you make and keep customers.

They are very thorough and cordial. Also very careful using the shoe covers for coming into my house. Cleaned everything and left it all in perfect order.

The two techs Gio and Fernando were very professional and courteous. They showed up on time and went right to work. They cleaned up everything after they were done and answered all my questions. They completed all work and my new A/C unit works beautifully. I was more than pleased with their attitude and work ethic during the job. Definitely happy with my decision to go with them and will recommend to anyone who wants a well serviced system to be installed.

We have used Hi-Vac for many years. Elvis and William were the technicians who came to replace an air handler in my house. They did an amazing job! Both men were extremely professional and friendly. Also, it looked like they had never been there when they were done. They cleaned everything up after 9 hours of work. The house is nice and cool again. Thank you Elvis and William!

A huge shout to Robert for assisting our family with our AC unit. The professionalism was out of this world. Robert took the time to diagnosis and provide pictures to better explain on what we’re experiencing. He was fast and efficient. I like that he was very thorough and if any changes or unforeseen circumstances came up with our AC unit that we should contact HVAC Air Condition right away. Highly recommend!

The technicians just finished installing a new A/C unit. To say the least, I was impressed with Joe’s fast response and proposal. Thereafter came Mike Aguiar, special thanks, with permits, scheduling and so on. The technicians arrived as expected; clean, courteous and knowledgeable guys. To sum it up: thumbs up for the HI-VAC Team who are the ones who provide the service and creat invaluable, value added to their clientele.
