They did an incredible job! My AC broke Friday night and they were able to come right away and fix it. Mario also did an amazing job at explaining the problem and making sure that it’s working perfectly before he left.

Have used Hi-Vac for 12+ years with consistently good service. When there is a problem they take care of it. A/c died in a little rental unit we have and William & Gio were out within 2 days to replace it. Professional, tidy, patient and entertaining. Great job gentlemen!

i had steven come out to my house after i had him let me know what he could do to fix my ac leak. he was very punctual and polite as well as very knowledgeable about his work which i appreciated very much, he stuck around until all the thermostats were installed and set up with the app which was quite confusing but he made it super simple and easy. i couldn’t be more grateful for the time and effort they put into getting my home cold again :)))

We had John Rodriguez at our house today. He was very informative about what he was using and installing. He maintained our a/c unit and installed the I wave. Very professional and didn't mind me asking him so many questions. He answered everything and was very nice.

From start to finish the service provided was top notch A+. Starting with the Trane Comfort Specialist (Joe) who helped select the unit to the installers (Gio, Peter & Will) who were efficient, professional and there to answer any questions we had. Joe, was there throughout the process and not just there to sell a job. He came out a week after the installation to check in with us to ensure the unit and installation met our expectations.

The technician assigned to me was very helpful and professional. He performed my AC equipments service maintenance within the agreed schedule. He detected an issue with one of the AC fans which he showed and explained to me and promptly repaired it the same day.

First, let me start off by saying that the sales person (Josh) was very thorough. He did an exceptional job presenting the options and going over each estimate. After several months of missing one another due to my travel schedule, we finally got things agreed on. Upon me signing the agreement, it was smooth sailing. They were able to schedule installation within a week. I was shocked at how fast they not only scheduled me, but how efficient they worked on the day of installation. It obviously helped that the 2 units I needed were in stock; which was a miracle in itself given the delays with Trade at the moment. However, I was truly impressed with how professional all the guys that came to my house on the day of install were. It shows dedication, proficiency and knowledge about the work they do on a daily basis. We discussed options for certain items that had been TBD and once a plan was finalized, everything was smooth. They finished the job (installation of two 5 Ton Trane units in my garage) in one day. Not an easy thing to do. I strongly recommend this company for all your cooling and heating needs. They came highly recommended and I am extremely satisfied with my decision. This was a very important installation for me and my family and I am extremely happy that we awarded the project to the team at Hi-Vac.
