I had an electrical fire in my attic and my air handler caught on fire (quite a scary experience). I contacted 3 a/c companies to obtain quotes on replacing my air handler. I decided on Phillips because Luke was responsive, came out the next day, he explained to me what needed to be done and provided me with options. The quote wasn’t the cheapest but I felt confident that he could get the job done (reviews also helped me). I received text and email communications when the crew was on the way and the subsequent invoicing/billing process was easy to understand and accept. I’ve recommended Phillips A/C to friends who also needed new equipment and they are using them as well. Give them a call. Their customer service is awesome!

GREAT COMPANY! Competent, effective, and cares for customer. Phillips AC fixed my unit and spoke appropriately to me (1st time home owner) to explain the issue. It was a quick fix (luckily) after the previous company caused $1k damages and did not fix issue after three visits. AC working great 6 weeks later at the start of FL heat!
