First of all, thank God for placing Frank on my path with an impressive level of humanity. The truth is that there are many AC companies, I'm not saying they are bad, but at the end of the day, if you don't have the budget or credit, they can't do anything in case Frank helped me get my AC units totally new. There are many helps that I didn't know existed and Frank reached that level of experience. I had my AC unit break, at 3:00, on a Thursday. By 8pm Friday, I had a brand new AC unit installed and a cold house!!! I can't even begin to say how much they helped me. The installers were by far, THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! They care about people. And that is a rare find. I truly cannot say enough about how wonderful they were, from beginning to end. I will be a customer for life. No question.

Jim/Florida A/C Man is proof that not all hero’s wear capes! Our a/c had been down for what seemed like an eternity while I spent numerous hours a day on the phone with AHS (American Home Shield) trying to get my a/c repaired. The temps in the house were near 88 degrees and it was unbearable. We decided to see what other options were available and my daughter came across Florida A/C man’s website. We decided to give it a shot, so I filled out a very easy application and then immediately got a call from Jim. He ran my information and within a few minutes we were approved and on our way. That was Wednesday late afternoon, by Friday at 1pm I had a brand new unit installed and running. The process was seamless and everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, kind and professional. The process of obtaining financing was fast and efficient. The schedule time to get my unit was within 2 days due to the weekend. My salesman John as well as the others in the office outstanding customer service. I am extremely please with my unit and service received.

Our air conditioner went out in August .It was hot in our home.We called Florida Man..and he took great care of us..We had a new air conditioner install within 3 days even though there seems to be a shortage on them right now.
