I can't say enough about Liberty Air! They went above and beyond installing a new unit and ducts in my home. They encountered much more than they expected when they got into the guts of my old system. It took them an additional day of work and my quoted price remained the same. Their fees are extremely competitive. Once the job was completed they continued to follow up with me to be sure I was happy. I would highly recommend Liberty Air to family and friends. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Calling St. Pete Liberty Air Conditioning & Heating was the right call for me. Having never used them before, I was a little hesitant to use a company that was new to me. I am VERY HAPPY that I did. From the person that answered the phone to the amazing technician Adam, the treatment and service was AMAZING. Adam came to my place, immediately diagnosed the problem (blown fan motor), explained everything, gave me options, and fixed the unit with out any additional "add on" parts or services needed. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. I would HIGHLY recommend and use St. Pete Liberty Air Conditioning & Heating again for ALL of my AC and heating needs.

The good: promptly came to my house initially, identified the issue, and had a solution ready.

The bad: poor communication and follow-up. After the first trip out to my house, they called back once and left a message. I called back twice. Left a voicemail the first time - no return call. The second time I called, I spoke to a man who remembered the issue, said they purchased my part, and would have someone call me back. A week later, I never received a call back and have had to call someone else.

Bottom line: they are either too busy or don't have the personnel to properly handle customer service. I would not recommend this company.

Excellent customer service and education. Reasonable pricing. My brother owns a heating company in Philly, and he was happy with the service I received. I am recommending Liberty to my family and friends. Thanks so much, Adam!

I called Liberty Air Heating & Cooling Inc when my ac unit was freezing up. They came out in a timely fashion and had my ac up and running in no time. Adam was able to answer all of my questions and was professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends!

We highly recommend Liberty Air. I would give them a 10 star review if possible. Adam the owner got us thru an a/c problem- (that was an issue I created trying to install a new nest thermostat on my own-) at 10 o’clock at night working with us over the phone. I had him install an inverter a/c mini split unit in my garage for my classic cars. It works flawlessly and it was a top notch installation. Adam gave us expert advice on what unit to install and even found a hidden 220 disconnect breaker to power the unit. This is my second review for Libery Air—- while away on vacation my mother-in-law called and said the main house 25 year old a/c was failing. I called Adam at Liberty air and he immediately went out and advised me that the old unit just wasn’t worth repairing. He then suggested 2 different types of replacement units and I selected the top of the line Bosch inverter system. He and his crew worked the next day until 9 o’clock at night to remove old unit and install the new one. It works flawlessly. I now have 2 brand new inverter systems in my house and could not be happier. These guys are the best! Thanks Adam

We had gotten another price from another contractor for a 'split unit' for the addition on our house. We were referred to Adam of Liberty Air by a friend. Adam & 'Paco' were very professional and prompt in giving an estimate. Their price beat the other contractor :) We are very pleased and will use them again when the need arises.
