They were great, the tip the guy requirement on the payment system is offensive. I paid over $300 for a basic service call, having to tip the installer on top of that was not expected.

These guys are the best! They respond quickly when you have a question, they are professional and courteous, they are honest and charge reasonable prices, you just can't find good people like this very often, anymore. I will continue to use them for any A/C needs as long as I'm still around.

I came home on a Friday evening to my A/c unit not kicking on! After running through all the standard checks...I couldn’t fix it. I called liberty at 6:40. By 7:30 they had someone put at my house! The technician quickly got to work, diagnosed the issue! Changed the fuse, unclogged the drain line, and installed a new section of drain line in less than an hour to a/c was back on!! And the cost was very reasonable! I am so pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them!

When we needed to buy a new AC we got a ton of quotes but Adam from Liberty stuck out as the person we trusted most to get us the right AC at the right price. Not only was it a great price, the work was completed on time, with Adam dropping in on the day of installation to ensure we were happy but followed up several days later to make sure we were totally satisfied with the system. Honestly, I can't recommend these guys enough!

Liberty Air saved my business $1,500 dollars. We had one of their competitors diagnosis our York 10 ton unit with a bad heat exchanger, said the bill would be more than $1,500 dollars! Called Liberty Air to get a second opinion. Turns out the heat exchanger was a warrantied part and we were able to get a full reimbursement on the part. Liberty charged us labor only and saved us a huge chunk of money!. An honest Technician is hard to find. Don't waste your time with other companies. Liberty is the way to go.

Liberty A/C is absolutely wonderful!! The A/C in the condo I had just purchased was barely functioning and moving day was coming in several days. I called and asked if they would be able to come over to the new place and give me an estimate so I would be able to, hopefully, get a company to put in a new system asap. Not only where they able to do that, but they actually did it on moving day--working around the moving company and relatives that were helping me! Paco and his associate worked until after 9 pm that night (some challenges with the equipment being a little larger than where it had to go :), but they got the job done and left me with a condo that now had a nice new system!!!!!

Great experience! Liberty was at my door an hour after calling them after 5 pm. They assessed the issue and said they would be back at 8 am, we had to wait due to it was frozen, Kyle showed up on time and ready to roll, completed the repairs and A/C is working great. Kyle was very pleasant and a very smooth process. I will use Liberty at home and work from now on

The tech came out and diagnosed the situation. He noticed it wasn't the unit, but the hoses going from the unit to the vents... He stated he was going to get the other repair guy to come and check out the hoses ... I haven't heard from anyone for over a week ... I called back to tried to get a schedule in but no one called me back....
The company doesn't deserve any business if this is how they treat new customers!!

A/C quite running without warning at 7pm. Liberty was the ONLY company of several calls to be answered by actual person. They took my information and I got a call back from the technician, Tyler immediately. He gave and honest, accurate response time and arrived exactly when he said. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast! He diagnosed our problem as a blower fan capacitor and once replaced our A/C was running perfectly - no additional charges or hard-sell service plan pitch. Tyler was very knowledgeable and friendly while answering our questions. His professionalism made this an excellent customer experience.

I had Adam and his company install a new Comfortmaker 4 ton unit in June of this year.When I was searching for a new unit Adam came over to the house answered all my questions, and made a few suggestions as to air flow efficiency. The installers were all clean respectful knowledgeable and efficient.Since the new system was installed my electric bill has been averaging at least $100.00 less a month, and the house feels cooler because it has a higher seer rating. I highly recommend Adam and his company Liberty Air
